We have stayed at Sandaya a few times now with friends and family at a couple of different locations

We have stayed at Sandaya a few times now with friends and family at a couple of different locations. We have enjoyed it immensely. The staff is always kind and welcoming and the facilities are fantastic. We will certainly be back again.

Camping Sandaya L'Orée du Bois Les Mathes

Great campsite in an amazing location.

We spent a lovely two weeks at L’Orée du Bois. Campsite is well designed and our cabin was spacious. It’s in a fantastic location next to forest and beaches. Amazing bike routes nearby. It has a lovely set of pools which are contained enough so that young and old children are near each other. The forest zipline trail next door is also great. Our children had a blast. The best feature is the staff and their kids discos. Only criticism would be the lack of decent mugs and wine glasses in the cabin. Bring your own!

The site was very well located to access Le Lac de Sanguinet. The reception staff were helpful and charming. With a motor home to park it was great that the supermarket was reachable on foot 0.9km. It was a reasonably affluent area. The pitch was as asked. I would recommend gettting a good standard cook/chef into your bars/ have a restaurant maybe shared between the two neighbouring sites. The local French were the most personable I have met having travelled and lived in France could see myself getting a house there. A really relaxing quality experience overall

The best campsite we have stayed in for kids age 5-8. The small size of the site means they can have a degree of freedom and make their own friends. There is plenty to do for kids who don't want to join the kids' club. The indoor pool (and slide area) are great for days when the weather doesn't cooperate. The restaurant is high quality and a good alternative to travelling outside the campsite to eat. There are many lovely walks and cycles around the area and the beach at Les Sables d'Olonne is a short car journey away.

Wir machen seit Jahren mit unseren Kindern Urlaub auf dem Campingplatz.

Wir machen seit Jahren mit unseren Kindern Urlaub auf dem Campingplatz Soulac Plage. Und können diesen wirklich sehr empfehlen. Gerade mit Kindern hat man als Erwachsener auch eine sehr schöne Zeit - man sieht seine Kinder ja nur mittags und abends. Ansonsten können sie sich bestens ,und vor allem ohne das man sich Sorgen machen muss, auf dem Campingplatz beschäftigen.
