Poor WiFi, it didn't work and was to pay for. The largest pool was out of order for the whole week we were there, disappointed, golf course was pricey and greens were in awful condition (would not use again), the wood pieces broke on our double bed and when I looked they had been repaired with tape previously and our smoke alarm went off at 3am and wouldn't stop (battery was dead). Generally love the site but would not go again based on recent experience.

Facilities unavailable during our stay (swimming pool(s) closed). Choices for food we?re extre

Facilities unavailable during our stay (swimming pool(s) closed). Choices for food were extremely limited with 1 restaurant (closed on Mondays) and 1 take away option. Queues for restaurant and take away options were frequently in excess of 45 minutes. Bar queues equally bad. No air conditioning in bar or restaurant. Coupled with store opening hrs being very limited and apartments with no oven, this made eating options extremely limited. Poor communication on activities open without the app (nothing written on daily wipeboard). Apartments were extremely basic and decking dirty and cluttered and overgrown nettles and vegetation.

This Sandaya is so much better than all the others we have stayed at. Facilities for children are outstanding and evening entertainment was great too. The aquatic centre is amazing but very busy. The entertainment staff are fantastic and really get people involved. Check your pitch location if touring, we were really close to the entertainment hub and withypungchildten this was hard at night as the music goes on until 12pm All in all...A wonderful place to holiday.

Toller Campingplatz, zu dem ich gerne zurückkehre, der Stand ist das Highlight. Jetzt gibt es auch endlich einen guten Zugang zum weitläufigen Strand. Ideal für Surfanfänger. Nettes Personal. Unsere Unterkunft bot dieses Mal leider wenig Platz drumherum und sie war auch schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Es gibt aber auch deutlich schönere Unterkünfte. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Really nice campsite with easy, close access to the beach and a great pool complex. Staff were friendly and the site had a nice atmosphere. We didnt usexthe entertainment much but what we did use was fun and everything stopped by 10 soxthe site was quiet for kids to sleep. Just a couple of niggles stop me giving a 10 - broken shower door locks didn't get fixed and the sandy pitch meant they had put large stones down to make hard standing. This worked well but was painful to wall in without shoes. If I had known I would have taken something to put under our ground sheet, then it would have been fine.
