The site was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. The pools were nice and the entertainment tea

The site was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. The pools were lovely. The entertainment team and bar staff were absolutely amazing. The shows the Entertainment team put on were amazing and so funny. They were also very inclusive for people who don’t speak much French.

We had a twin axle caravan and the roads in are so narrow that we blew a tyre on the curb trying to avoid parked cars. The site we had was nice , on the Siene but very narrow and we had a large pitch in comparison with other customers. Great for visiting Paris and Disney but done that now so will never go back.

Sehr guter Service, vom Empfang über höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit. Sehr gut. Sanitäranlagen sehr sauber und bemüht diese auch weitreichend zu reinigen. Aber wie bei jedem Camping fällt einiges auch mit den Gästen. Die Animation und das Publikum sind Top. Als Familie kann man diesen Campingplatz sehr gut empfehlen, die Kinder und Eltern kommen auf ihre Kosten. Es gibt Spielplätze, Wasser Rutschen, diese wurden von den Kindern geliebt. Wir würden wiederkommen.

We really enjoyed our holiday, staff were friendly and helpful, beautiful surroundings. Kids had a great time at the kids club and the facilities like showers/toilets etc were good and kept clean. The reason for a 9 and not 10 is we just felt there could be more in the evening going on in the bar area which also needed more staff.

Camping Sandaya La Ribeyre Murol

Good location

It was a beautiful location despite the bad weather! Entertainment staff were not very enthusiastic and didn't really get people involved or seem bothered about running the activities in the daytime I had to ask twice for aqua to be run and was told ' with just you?' Toilet and shower facilities for Campers were not up to Sandaya's usual standard. I would not say this Sandaya was 5 star (having stayed at 3 other Sandaya sites) I would say 4 star really. All other 5 star Sandaya's have great facilities and shared family bathrooms for families, but this one has none of those nicer touches. It's a shame because the lake is lovely and the pool is good too.
