Rude staff, dismissive customer support and without a doubt the worst campsite I have ever seen. Stank of raw sewage.

Absolutely terrible campsite and company on every level. Without a doubt the worst campsite I have ever seen and the rudest staff I have ever encountered. After being told a late arrival would be fine we were given an incorrect code to open the barrier and our family had to sleep on the side of the road. In the morning, we discovered a campsite that stinks of raw sewage and reception staff who (after we said good morning) simply ignored us for 5 minutes and continued looking at emails. We were made to feel unwelcome and uncared for by Sandaya staff at all stages, including when complaining about this after it had happened.

Nie wieder! Die Mobilehomes sind veraltet, kaputt und lieblos eingerichtet.

Das Mobilehome hat nicht annähernd den Bildern auf der Homepage besprochen. Veraltet, kaputt und lieblos eingerichtet. Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde nicht eingegangen. Wir sind früher abgereist weil wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Rückerstattet wurde uns nichts!

Overpriced and mud pitch - very disappointed

Having toured France for over forty years, staying on many campsites, in my opinion this is not a five star site. My overall experience was satisfactory. Our pitch was in a corner and was just dry mud and when it rained a wet mud pitch. Our family were in two lodges at the same site but we could not invite them to our pitch for food/drinks as you were just sitting on mud. We stayed six nights and went every morning for the first four mornings to ask reception to move to one of the many grassy vacant pitches but they would not entertain this. It was only on the fourth morning after politely complaining and asking for the manager (who would not speak to us) that we were offered the pitch next to us which was no better. We were really looking forward to our holiday at this site and were so disappointed. I doubt we will ever go back.

Satisfação e atendimento perfeitos !

Apesar de ter usufruído apenas 2 estadias achei excelente as instalações. Não há o que criticar. Tudo perfeito. Localização tranquila para um bom descanso. Funcionários super atenciosos e simpáticos. Em especial gostaria de agradecer a atendente da recepção e o segurança da portaria, que nos auxiliou com extrema dedicação e empenho em pesquisar um táxi para o Aeroporto de Orly. Meu chamado de UBER não aceitava na região, e as horas do embarque foram se aproximando no final da tarde de 25 de setembro. Enfim, deu tudo certo! Eu, minha esposa e bebê retornamos ao Brasil, satisfeitos pela estadia e gratos pela gentileza e preocupação destes funcionários em nos ajudar a encontrar um táxi na região do camping.
