Not a 5 star campsite

Reception not competent, food store mostly drinks no food or camping equippement. No mobile phone coonection at site.

Really great service on check in and from dealing with people onsite. Only downside was the quality

Really great service on check in and from dealing with people onsite, everyone was very friendly and super helpful. The only downside was the quality of the food - it wasn't great, quite bland and the only real option considering the Tiki bar opened later (with two small kids it was too late)

The pitch and the whole of the campsite was very scruffy. Our pitch had a big whole in it, long grass and weeds, bushes and trees that needed cutting back. There is noticeably a big lack of staff. The swimming pool was closed for 2 hours every day at lunchtime which caused a lot of anger with the campers. The restaurants were only open at lunchtime and evenings. Wifi although was good was expensive and should really be free. I went to a Yelloh Village site afterward and it was in complete contrast to Sandaya. Free wifi, tidy pitches and campsite, a lot of staff and gardeners. The reception, pools, bar and restaurants were open and serving all day long. Unless Sandaya improve to the standard of Yelloh Village then I won't be using their campsites anymore.

In den privaten Sanitäranlagen läuft das Duschwasser in den restlichen Bereich des Badezimmers. Dadurch ist immer der gesamte Preis nass und natürlich schlecht sauber zu halten. Das Personal am Platz ist sehr freundlich. Unsere Reklamationsbearbeitung unbefriedigend.
