This was our 4th time at cypsella, we do love what this campsite has to offer, however whilst we understand the rule about charcoal bbqs, it's a pity gas bbqs were not available to hire, especially when mobiles do not have ovens. We don't think the campsite restaurant or take away were able to cope with demand probably resulting from no bbqs. We had to queue for over 1 hour for food and sometimes only to get 2 bags of chips. A booking app would reduce queuing times and hence undue frustration.

Very enjoyable overall, accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed. Pools kept kids entertained and location close to beach and cliff walks is perfect. Rental unit was in a new area and will be lovely when the plants are more mature. It would be better if there was a fully covered area outside rental unit to provide rain cover and full shade

Weather wasn?t great but once we figured out the app we managed to book activities okay. Our children were nervous about attending kids club with a lack of English speakers luckily there was 1 member of staff who was particularly good with them. I was impressed by facilities and the lifeguards at the pool. If only they could provide a more comfortable bed in the static homes, better quality and more varied food in the restaurant and you could get served quicker at the bar I would give a 9/10 rating.

Es war ein schöner Park. Das Wetter war leider nicht so schön. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Wir hatten das Premium Haus mit Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, WLan und Endreinigung. Die Häuser sind klein aber funktional und die Veranda ist super. Auch der Bade- und Kletterbereich ist für die Kids schön. Einzig bei der Ankunft hätte ich mir gewünscht früher ins Haus zu können, da es schon gereinigt war.

Eher glamping als camping, da es (zumindest gefühlt) mehr Mietunterkünfte als freie Stellplätze gibt, aber alles in allem schön gemacht, mit viel Schatten und Zonierungen. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wenn man eher mittig bzw. im hinteren Teil campt/wohnt, kriegt man auch kaum etwas von der Animation etc. mit und hat somit viel Ruhe. Sympathisch finde ich, dass alles komplett auf Französisch stattfindet (Live-Musik, Veranstaltungen), da die Gäste auch vorwiegend Franzosen sind. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung und wir würden auch wieder kommen. Schöner wäre es aber, wenn man bei der Buchung einer Mietunterkunft die Möglichkeit hätte, ohne Aufpreis sich die Unterkunft aussuchen zu dürfen, nach dem Motto "Wer zuerst kommt, malt zuerst". Hier sind aber nicht diejenigen im Vorteil, die früh buchen, sondern die, die bereit sind, einen Aufpreis zu bezahlen.

I absolutely loved Sequoia Parc however 1 or 2 things need looking at. The bar service is slower than any I have ever seen and the restaurant completely lacks any management. We were a table of 17 and they completely forgot all our main courses. Just did not order them. We ordered red wine from 6 people and never received it. I worked on a camping site in France years ago and it is so east to make money in the bar and restaurants with quick / good service. This is the only let down on that site.

Everything was fine, except two things: evening entertainment was only adapted to Dutch people, and the shop had only one store clerk, which means very long lines in the morning.
