Camping ne valant pas ses 5 etoiles, click and collect ne fonctionne pas, piscine à vagues en panne

Camping ne valant pas ses 5 etoiles, click and collect ne fonctionne pas, piscine à vagues en panne mais vu la couleur de l'eau (verte) et les algues sortant des bouches. Ne vous invite pas a se baigner. Faire la queue au bar pour avoir une boisson et le pompon le restaurant, attendre plus d'une heure pour se restaurer, et devoir allumer son portable pour rentrer au mobil home car pas de lumière. Et j'en ai encore à dire surtout que nous étions en septembre.

Site was nice enough but we paid extra for premium accommodation that included things like WiFi. That was none existent meaning none of the things we brought to entertain our child and ourselves in the evening didn’t work. Staff uninterested and unable to help. Pool also got way too busy on weekends that made it a little unsafe for small children and hard to get a seat

entspricht nicht den Erwartungen

Die als premium beschriebene Unterkunft im Le Ranolien entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Angesichts des sehr hohen Mietpreises eine sehr große Enttäuschung. Insbesondere das Elternbett roch sehr unangenehm nach stockender Feuchtigkeit, dies war aber auch in anderen Bereichen des Mobilheims zu bemerken. Der Zustand der Möbel war schlecht, auch wegen liebloser Wartung von Schäden, z.B. an der Küche.

Viele Punkte machten unseren Urlaub zu einem nicht so schönem Erlebnis. -Man darf nur mit einer Bade

Viele Punkte machten unseren Urlaub zu einem nicht so schönem Erlebnis. -Man darf nur mit einer Badehose/Speedo zu den Pools. Badeshorts sind verboten. -die Sanitär-Einrichtungen sind nicht so sauber und es gibt keine getrennten Bereiche für Frauen und Männer. -das Personal spricht ausnahmslos nur französisch. Kein Englisch oder Deutsch. -wie Buchten extra eine große Parzelle ab 80 m2 Aber wir bekamen eine Parzelle die knapp 65 m2 groß war. Als ich mich beschwerte das mein Wohnmobil da nicht rein passen würde, sagten sie mir anfangs das es keinen anderen Stellplatz gibt. Nachdem ich denen dann gesagt habe dass ich meinen Wohnmobil dann halb auf der Straße stehen lassen werde, haben sie dann nach einer Lösung gesucht. Die ersten beiden Ersatz-Parzellen die genau so groß war wie die erste musste ich sofort ablehnen und weigerte mich das etwas aufzubauen. Bei der dritten Parzelle hat es dann endlich gepasst aber der Stress bei der Ankunft war echt nicht schön. Jetzt zu dem guten… +der Strand ist super. + Anlage gemütlich und liebevoll gestaltet.
