Haben unsere Mindestaufenthaltsdauer, die wir vorab gebucht hatten, eingehalten und danach nochmals 2x verlängert. Haben dann aber einen Anruf erhalten, sodass wir doch einen Tag früher (von den verlängerten) abreisen mussten. Man sagte uns, dass wir das Geld für den 1 Tag nicht zurückerhalten würden. Es war auch kein Ansprechpartner mehr an der Rezeption, der Deutsch sprechen konnte. So etwas unflexibles haben wir in den 25 Jahren, die wir mit dem Wohnmobil unterwegs sind, noch nicht erlebt.

Pocas actividades comparados con otros campings de la misma cadena, y eso que llevamos viniendo muchos años. Noise was not policed, we had scooters, shouting and footballs outside our lodge until 3 most mornings, the only thing “premium” about the premium colour cottages was the price, walking around the site we saw a lot nicer, ours seemed about 20 years old and the aircon was mouldy.

Mit Abstand das schmutzigste Mobilheim das ich je besucht habe. Haare, Essensreste und altes Fett in der Besteckschublade, tote Moskitos an den Wänden. Gläser in unterirdischem Zustand, die haben wir uns neu gekauft. Grillrost im Außenbereich ekelerregend und der Grill selbst war auch kaputt. Ärgerlich auch insbesondere deshalb, weil wir bei Ankunft wegen angeblicher Reinigung fast 2 Stunden länger warten mussten als in der Anreisezeit angegeben, bis wir das Mobilheim beziehen durften. Auf die Beanstandung wurde nicht reagiert, wir haben das nötigste dann selbst geputzt. Alle Sitzmöbel sind sehr unbequem und hart, kein einziges Polster. Das einzige was einigermaßen bequem war, waren die Betten. Das Mobilheim selbst ist auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. 2 von 4 Gaskochstellen funktionierten nicht. Mehrfach hatten wir auch Stromausfälle. Für 170€ pro Nacht erwarte ich keinen Luxus aber doch Sauberkeit und einigermaßen bequeme Sitzmöbel.

It's definitely too expensive for the service provided

It's definitely too expensive. The first things to be taken into consideration are the most important ones: the pitch, the clearness of the sanitary and the rudeness of the cleaners, who even washed my feet while I was doing my washing up.
