Very disappointed, this was our 4th stay, we enjoyed so much in the past we came back , however there are far too many lodges, all packed close together, the pitches were very unkempt and the were a group of travellers on a pitch ( 3 caravans when there should only be one,) their dogs were left to roam the site and twice nearly cause accidents. We will definitely not be back

Después de preguntar en diferentes ocasiones sobre si las parcelas estarían juntas porque ibamos una família completa y decirme que sí, ya habiendo formalizado el pago de las dos y todo me dicen que tengo que pagar 60€ más si quiero las parcelas juntas...increíble..les digo que no me parece normal que me lo diga después de haber pagado cuando le había preguntado en diferentes ocasiones y me dice que envia un correo al camping solicitando que me las pongan juntas..pero cual es mi sorpresa? Que envia ese correo a otro camping de la cadena...un horror de reserva de verdad!!

Estuvimos 3 noches en junio con la caravana y nos asignaron una parcela supuestamente “Premium” . Ya desde un principio , los números de las parcelas no correspondían con el plano. Las parcelas no estaban terminadas , el suelo todo de tierra y el dia que llovió, nos pusimos hasta arriba de barro. Llevamos 5 años yendo a este camping pero este año nos ha decepcionado

Muchas cosas a mejorar, para mí no es un resort de 4 estrellas

La limpieza del bungalow deja mucho que desear, pelos y pelusas por los rincones. El lavavajillas roto. Cogimos el bungalow premium para disfrutar entre otras cosas del Kit bebé y nos dicen que no hay disponibilidad asi que nos quedamos sin el kit. A la llegada teniamos el fast chek in hecho y al preguntarle a una empleada nos dice que hay una única cola, después, varias familias descubrimos que no era así. Las de recepción, en pleno chek in del puente de san juan, explicándose unas a otras las cosas, la chica que nos recibe nos da las llaves y poco más. Encima el último día, la cocina del bar no da a basto y no puedes ni siquiera comer allí. Una única piscina masificada de toda la gente que somos, tienes que andar de lado porque te chocas. Te ofrecen la posibilidad del chek out tarde y es mentira, depende a quien preguntabas te decían una excusa diferente. Te hacen dejar el bungalow a las 10:00 y se quedan vacíos hasta el dia siguiente. Un desastre, la intención de ser un buen resort está, pero aún les queda mucho que aprender de otros campings de calidad como Sangulí o Delfín Verde. De lo único que se preocupan es de vigilar que no se tiren petardos porque si no se la cargan con los Mossos, pero todo lo demaás les da igual.

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Die Eröffnung des Campingplatzes erfolgte zu früh. Die Waschhäuser waren noch gar nicht oder nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar, Es herrschte jeden Tag umfangreicher Baulärm. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, auf dem Platz Wäsche zu waschen. Auf dem ganzen Platz gab es keine WLAN-Verbindung. Der Platz erfüllt in keinem Fall 4-Sterne-Kriterien. Das Platzmanagement vor Ort war freundlich und bemüht, aber schlussendlich hilflos und nur eingeschränkt handlungsfähig, da es in allen Entscheidungen von der Sandaya-Konzernführung abhängig ist.

Der Campingplatz ist grundsätzlich gut augeteilt, allerdings sind die sanitären Anlagen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sauber ist anders. Wir hatten einen Stellplatz mit Privatsanitär. Den ersten Stellplatz haben wir abgelehnt, da das Sanitärhäuschen schmutzig und verrostet war. Dann bekamen wir einen anderen Stellplatz. Da war das Sanitärhäuschen sauberer, aber die Wäde voll Sporen. Da waren wir die letzten Jahre sicherlich besseres gewohnt von Sandaya.. Für einen 5 Sterne-Camping gibt das sicherlich kein gutes Bild ab.
