Es ist sehr viel los auf dem Campingplatz und überall läuft Musik, sogar in den Waschräumen. Man kommt schwer zur Ruhe.

Not as clean as other Sandaya sites. Toilet and shower block was a bit grubby. It needed more regular cleaning.

The reason we chose this campsite was because of the promise of a heated swimming pool but when we visited (earlier April) the pool was freezing - my children were shivering within 10 minutes of entering.

L'accueil et les animateurs étaient au top. Le camping est très bien situé. Par contre, pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. La piscine chauffée est minuscule, l'eau des toboggans et des jeux enfants est gelée, les bungalow sont sympa mais où est la télé ??? Quand je prends ma douche et que je suis au toilettes, j'en fais profiter tout le monde, il serait agréable de mettre des brises vus ou des plantes pour cacher... j'étais seule avec un enfant de 6 ans et je n'ai vu aucun agent de sécurité le soir... camping 3 étoiles et non 5

Freezing cold pool, slides not open (website doesn?t say that Easter is not high season), dinner only ok, cabin good bar electricity stopping every day of our stay, trouble getting keys of cabin

The accommodation was looking a bit grotty. The floor was a bit broken in the kitchen and the filler piece of wood above the dishwasher was missing. One of our sheets for the duvet had a big hole in the front through overuse. It was threadbare. Then there were ants everywhere.

We are happy to be in a secured place for a few days but unfortunately, we rented 3 cottages for 12 people. On our first night, we do not have electricity on the other cabin nor hot water, turns out it’s the staff negligence to give us another key for the power to start. We are there to relax and bond but the Sandaya-Maison Lafitte gave us a task to do a thorough inventory of every cottages we got provided with the sheet of paper to count the things and to note if there was missing. It would have been easier if they are all there but it wasn’t even arranged. There’s a cottage where there’s too much of plates or spoon, the other is lacking. Take note, we didn’t arrive altogether. Each of us arrived in different times. Imagine we were already so excited to relax and just prepare dinner, we still have an inventory to do. This place has just given us work to do after ling week of work and in fact given us a deadline to pass it before it reach 24hrs. It was too much, they should put a staff to do those things and make the cottage ready. It’s not problem that we put the pillow cases and sheets ourselves but another work? And the next morning, again, electricity was cut even we keep on checking if the keys to power up the cottage was placed right, it was, it was just the electricity is out when we all wake up. And worst, though it’s coming back it keeps getting on and off and on and off. Generally, our expectations were quite high because this place has vested 4 stars but reality, it wasn’t.

No pudimos descansar ni disfrutar todo lo esperado Las obras en la zona donde nos alojamos fueron un infierno … empezaban a las 7:30 de la mañana y no terminaban antes de las 16, falta de previsión por parte del camping, nos quejamos en varias ocasiones esperando que la solución fuera suspender durante los días festivos las obras, pero la solución fue, darnos una compensación por las molestias sufridas. Ruido, camiones, suciedad y polvo durante los días que trabajaron en las obras Esperamos que la próxima estancia sea más agradable

Leider hat es geregnet. Der Stellplatz versinkte im Schlamm. Keine Befestigung des Bodens. Die Blüten der Bäume hat regelrecht unser weißes Auto auf dem Stellplatz gelb eingefärbt und war nur nach mehrmaliger chemischer Reinigung zu entfernen. Die Toiletten waren nur benutzbar, wenn die Reinigungsdame da war.... Da kann der Campingplatz nichts für, sondern die Camper! Das habe ich bisher in keinem Land so erlebt. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich! Leider fehlen Kleiderhaken in den Duschen und Toiletten. Keine Ablagefläche. Der vorbeifahrende Zug hat uns nicht gestört. Wir fanden die Schiffe toll. Ist halt ein stadtnaher Stellplatz, da sollte man sich über eine gewisse Geräuchkulisse bewusst sein.

Good stay, be prepared to be able to speak french as very little english is spoken on site. The impact of this led us to waiting for a bus that did not arrive due to it being a public holiday even though we were advised by the receptionist at 8am. The shop closed at 12 and opened back around 4pm and with it being the only shop was a bit annoying! The chalets are off the back of a road which is used regularly. The entertainment is all in french of which nothing is translated to English again take the time to learn the language. If staying here I would recommend car or bike hire as relying solely on the campsite food will burn a hole in your pocket and theres no shops within a good radius. Not a place to stay if you are not with kids as the whole campsite is based on the kid’s happiness even the spa is advertised to kids. This would be a great place to bring them!

Soy cliente habitual y cada vez hay menos servicios. La piscina climatizada cada vez más fria, la exterior muy fria. Además quiero añadir una queja. A la salida el que nos llevo en carro fue muy rápido por encima de los charcos y nos puso perdidos de barro sin siquiera pedir disculpas.

El bungalow que nos dieron nos dio algún que otro problema. El termo estaba estropeado. Vinieron a arreglarlo, pero aún así, el agua no estaba muy caliente. No nos iban los mandos de la tele ni del aire acondicionado.
