Not so good experience for a 4-star Campsite

We are happy to be in a secured place for a few days but unfortunately, we rented 3 cottages for 12 people. On our first night, we do not have electricity on the other cabin nor hot water, turns out it’s the staff negligence to give us another key for the power to start. We are there to relax and bond but the Sandaya-Maison Lafitte gave us a task to do a thorough inventory of every cottages we got provided with the sheet of paper to count the things and to note if there was missing. It would have been easier if they are all there but it wasn’t even arranged. There’s a cottage where there’s too much of plates or spoon, the other is lacking. Take note, we didn’t arrive altogether. Each of us arrived in different times. Imagine we were already so excited to relax and just prepare dinner, we still have an inventory to do. This place has just given us work to do after ling week of work and in fact given us a deadline to pass it before it reach 24hrs. It was too much, they should put a staff to do those things and make the cottage ready. It’s not problem that we put the pillow cases and sheets ourselves but another work? And the next morning, again, electricity was cut even we keep on checking if the keys to power up the cottage was placed right, it was, it was just the electricity is out when we all wake up. And worst, though it’s coming back it keeps getting on and off and on and off. Generally, our expectations were quite high because this place has vested 4 stars but reality, it wasn’t.
