Great experience

Great. We came back for the second time and the experience was again very nice. Place is green and quiet, lots of activities otherwise, great location for day trips…but the best is the kindness of the staff. From the animation team to the pool and tech staff everyone made their contribution to our relax. Children were happy and we are definitely coming back!

We had a lovely stay. The conditions of the pitch on arrival were disappointing (fully shaded and no grass) but once we got set up we and accepted it for what it was we were fine. The facilities block was amazing, the site staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful.

Es wurde sich nicht um uns gekümmert und Belangen ignoriert. Das Mobilehome war schmutzig, Rollos defekt, Wasserhahn locker und der Herd ohne Abdeckung und voller scharfer Kanten. An der Terrasse standen Nägel heraus, was das Laufen der Kinder zur Gafahr machte. Das Geschirr war total verdreckt. Es wurde einfach nicht reagiert. Das Wasser war maximal lauwarm. Den Kindern war es zu kalt. Haben wirklich überlegt die nächsten Buchungen für Pfingsten und Sommer zu stornieren, da es kein schöner Aufenthalt gewesen ist. Aufgrund der letzten Urlaube bei Sandaya und immer positiven Erfahrungen, werden wir es nochmals wagen.

Das Wetter und der Strand waren sehr schön. Wir hatten einen Stellplatz mit 4 "Kacheln" reserviert , doch dieser entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Schliesslich fanden wir einen anderen, der uns zusagte. Zwei Tage später erschien eine Person, die diesen Platz reserviert hatte!!!! Solche Fehler der Rezeption dürfen nicht passieren. Ansonsten waren wir mit den Einrichtungen sehr zufrieden.
