Too many guests for such a small pool area. No English speaking staff and several water park lifeguards who shouted like crazy and was physical with the children. They even put small kids in “time out” without noticing parents, where the had to be quarantined in rows next to the life guards. I have never seen anything so crazy.

We experienced absolutely horrible service - rude and condescending staff. The pool area was chaotic, with lifeguards more concerned about proper swimwear than safety. Completely unacceptable for a stay that cost so much.

Die Anlage und die Häuschen sind schön gemacht. Was ich gar nicht gut fand, dass am Pool keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden sind. Es sind so viele Familien mit Kindern vor Ort und ich finde das eine Zumutung dies nicht anzubieten. Diese Investition würde ich als so grossen Camping machen.

Es gibt einen tollen Strand, tolle Unterkünfte, ein gut organisiertes Konzept mit netten und fleissigen Mitarbeitern. Einen tollen Supermarkt mit einer extremen Auswahl von Grillfleisch und auch die Restaurants sind ok. Allein die Shows am Abend sind nicht mehr so aufwendig und spektakulär wie früher, sondern werden fast ausschließlich vom eigenen Animationsteam gemacht. In Summe aber auch nicht schlecht.

Ein gelungener, unkomplizierter und abwechslungsreicher Urlaub. Wie immer sehr gute Betreuung. Tolle Unterkunft! Das Städtchen Murol ist einen Besuch wert. Vor allem die Burg. Der hauseigene See ist so groß-klein, dass unsere Kinder gefahrlos SUP machen konnten. Sehr abwechslungsreiche Animation. Ausflüge zu Puy de Dome sehr empfehlenswert. Check in und out súper unkompliziert! Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub mit warmen Tagen und sehr angenehmen kühlen Nächten auch im Haus ohne Klimaanlage. Gerne wieder! Vielen Dank.

Very satisfied with our stay at "Parc La Clusure" in Belgium. The kids loved it. We parents also had a good time. Even though kids don't understand Dutch they loved the Kids Club. The room was quite small for the 3 kids to share, but they managed.
