Beim Einchecken wird sofort der Betrag vom Konto abgebucht. Eine Rückerstattung bei vorzeitigem Checkout findet nicht statt. Hab ich bisher nicht erlebt. Im Poolbereich ist es OK vom Rand zu springen, sich nicht abzuduschen bevor man ins Wasser geht oder sich unmittelbar vorher einzucremen. Aber Vorsicht, wenn sie eine echte Badeshorts tragen, dann wird man des Pools verwiesen.

The booking experience with Elise was excellent, she is lovely. Unfortunately on our arrival it was a very different experience, we have been staying at Ans du Brick for over 10 years on and off. Our pitch contained used toilet paper, so looked like someone had emptied their cassette on the pitch by the hedge. I didn't complain s I was only there for 2 days and there was no smell. We were always put at the top of the site even when on ACSI and noticed that a lot of the pitches have gone were not available to us. It appears that ACSI card holders are put on the worst pitches now and have experienced this on other sites.

Very clean and tidy site with plenty of amenities. We shared a double sited chalet linked to our daughter's chalet which was brilliant. It was the only one of it's kind on the campsite and I'm sure more of these would attract a huge demand. Wonderful holidaywas had by all.

Sehr sauber und empfehlenswert.

Wir waren vor dem Beginn der Ferien in Frankreich vor Ort. Es war daher noch nicht viel los, was uns nicht gestört hat. Vielmehr war die Poollandschaft sehr wenig besucht und wir hatten viel Platz in dieser tollen Anlage. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.. Zu empfehlen auch der Kanuverleih vor Ort Cap07.

Vieles funktionierte nicht so, wie es beworben wurde und gefühlt ständig ging in unserem Caravan etwas kaputt: beim Bezug des Caravans war die Küchenspülung verstopft, eine Toilette hat nicht richtig funktioniert, da die Spülung nicht funktionierte und weil die Spülung nach jeder Reperatur wieder kaputt war, haben wir sie 2x reparieren lassen und danach beschlossen, sie nicht mehr zu benutzen; das W-Lan hat zu keinem Zeitpunkt funktioniert, ebenso der Fernseher, obwohl das im Premium-Angebot beworben wurde und normalerweise mit einem Aufpreis verbunden ist; eines Morgens ging die Besteckschublade nicht mehr auf, so dass ich für unser Kind kein Frühstücksbesteck hatte - das Problem wurde schnell vom Personal behoben - vor unserem Caravan gab es eine anscheinend unfertige Rasenfläche, so dass die Kleinkinder in der trockenen Erde davor spielten und damit warfen, sobald man kurz wegschauen, zudem kletterten die Kinder immer wieder auf eine Holzkonstruktion, in der die Holzlatten horizontal angelegt waren, weil sie diese für Leitern hielten. Das Personal war stets freundlich, aber nicht immer effizient. Die Konder waren entspannt und fühlten sich wohl.
