Camping Sandaya Côte de Nacre Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer

Ein netter Aufenthalt mit Einschränkungen

Wir waren mit 4 Personen und einem Hund für eine Woche auf dem Campingplatz. Leider hatten wir einen Stellplatz direkt am Eingang des Platzes. Jeden Morgen gegen 6 Uhr begann der LKW Verkehr. Sei es die Müllabfuhr oder der Anlieferverkehr für das Restaurant bzw. den Supermarkt. Das war schon sehr störend. Außerdem sind die Zufahrtswege für unser langes Mobil doch sehr eng. Zum Glück waren die gegenüberliegenden Stellplätze bei Abreise frei, so dass wir ohne Probleme wenden konnten. Es gibt leider so gut wie keine Freiflächen, so dass unser Hund kaum die Möglichkeit hatte, sein Geschäft zu erledigen. Wenn möglich, sind wir dafür natürlich vom Platz runter gegangen, was sich mit einem Welpen aber nicht immer Planen lässt. Die Waschhäuser waren nicht gerade sauber, was aber vor allem an den Gästen lag. Es ist schade, dass man nicht in der Lage ist, nach dem Toilettengang zu spülen. Da würde mich manchmal die Situation im eigenen zu Hause interessieren. Im großen Sanitärgebäude gab es an den Spülplätzen für das Geschirr gerade drei Waschbecken, an denen überhaupt heißes Wasser zu bekommen war. Bei den restlichen 7 oder 8 Spülplätzen kam nur lauwarmes oder kaltes Wasser an. Alles in allem hat uns der Platz nicht überzeugt.

Les animations du soir commencent tard et souvent des films ('je ne viens pas en vacances voir des films). En plus pas de place assises pour voir les spectacles.

Check in process was easy, accommodation was clean and new, aircon was efficient. Entertainment was fun. food at bar/restaurant was good. Service at bar and shop was friendly. Girls in reception were helpful. Entertainment team brilliant! Pool area too small for size of site. In early days of holidays not enough sun loungers. Pool attendants treated French differently and discriminated against the British e.g. enforcing can't reserve sunbeds with towels, even over lunch, despite the fact someone was still sitting there, yet ignored the French who were doing exactly the same thing. Also ignored the French teenagers who were constantly pushing people into pool causing a disturbance. Not enough shade at pool. Wifi coverage around Green Square/Cigale is poor/ non-existent. Could do with some recycling bins on other areas of site to avoid long walks with rubbish. Only 3 electric BBQ for whole site?? Only one of these was working during our week there and always dirty. No shade over BBQ areas.

Für ein Zwischenstopp wäre es ok aber für 1 Woche Urlaub wie bei uns nicht. Das Schwimmbad war von 6 Tagen 4 Tage immer wegen Überfüllung stundenweise zu bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur. Die letzen beiden Tage war es komplett geschlossen. Der Shop war überteuert und das Restaurant ebenso. Das Mobilheim war schmutzig es lief eine Flüssigkeit aus dem Kühlschrank aus das Geschirr war dreckig. Ansonsten war das Personal freundlich und informierte bei Fragen . Die Anlage selber hat schöne große Stellplätze.Wir sind bislang immer sehr zufrieden mit Sandaya das ist auch die erste Anlage mit der wir nicht zufrieden waren leider.

It was our 4th time at Aloha but we won?t be going back. We did not know that gas BBQs had been banned until we arrived. We previously BBQ?d most days but the electric BBQ provided was awful and the plug was not long enough to plug it in inside and use it outside. Also, only beer now by the downstairs bar and no wine. I don?t drink beer so not good! Fabulous pool complex as usual! Very warm pool water and beach/ sea fabulous and on doorstep.

Leider gab es zweimal Probleme mit unserer privaten Sanitäranlagen, weswegen wir an 2 von 7 Tagen diese nicht nutzen konnten. Einmal mussten wir sogar den Stellplatz wechseln. Es wurde sich gekümmtert, allerdings haben wir keine angemessene Preisreduktion bekommen, was wir nicht für angemessen halten, da wir alles in allem ca. 100 Euro pro Nacht bezahlt haben.

Eigentlich ein toller Ort, leider zunehmend ungelöste Probleme und überfordertes Personal. Gesperrte Pissoirs führten zum schnellen Verdrecken der übrigen Toiletten. Der Bereich wo Wohnmobile ihre Toiletten entsorgen ist regelmäßig überschwemmt. Wasser läuft in manchen Duschen nicht in den Ablauf sondern wegen falschem Gefälle in den Gang. Kinder dürfen nicht das Sprudelbad mit den Eltern nutzen.
