Check in process was easy, accommodation was clean and new, aircon was efficient. Entertainment was fun. food at bar/restaurant was good. Service at bar and shop was friendly. Girls in reception were helpful. Entertainment team brilliant! Pool area too small for size of site. In early days of holidays not enough sun loungers. Pool attendants treated French differently and discriminated against the British e.g. enforcing can't reserve sunbeds with towels, even over lunch, despite the fact someone was still sitting there, yet ignored the French who were doing exactly the same thing. Also ignored the French teenagers who were constantly pushing people into pool causing a disturbance. Not enough shade at pool. Wifi coverage around Green Square/Cigale is poor/ non-existent. Could do with some recycling bins on other areas of site to avoid long walks with rubbish. Only 3 electric BBQ for whole site?? Only one of these was working during our week there and always dirty. No shade over BBQ areas.
