Accommodation and facilities are excellent especially in the new block. Entertainment is a bit iffy

Accommodation and facilities are excellent especially in the new block. Wi-Fi finally fixed on last day. Still charged for full week though. Entertainment is a bit iffy even by campsite standards. Takeaway food hatch - food is ok, service is awful.

Camping Sandaya Séquoia Parc Saint-Just-Luzac

Love Sequoia Parc but the restaurant is shocking

I absolutely loved Sequoia Parc however 1 or 2 things need looking at. The bar service is slower than any I have ever seen and the restaurant completely lacks any management. We were a table of 17 and they completely forgot all our main courses. Just did not order them. We ordered red wine from 6 people and never received it. I worked on a camping site in France years ago and it is so east to make money in the bar and restaurants with quick / good service. This is the only let down on that site.

However we did sleep well and appreciated the blackout blinds. The kids loved it and enjoyed exploring the park, which was a nice size for them.

El servicio fue lento y dejó bastante que desear.

El servicio fue lento y dejó bastante que desear en la llegada. Estuvimos más de una hora esperando a que nos dieran las llaves del Bungalow con dos niños pequeños y un perro al sol y una temperatura de casi 30 grados. Las instalaciones y el bungalow bien, pero el segundo día solicitamos sábanas y tuvimos que ir a reclamarlas porque no nos las llevaron en todo el día. Los somieres algo endebles. Se salieron las tablillas varias veces durante la noche. Las piscinas bien aunque algo pequeñas para el volumen de gente que tenía el cámping. El entorno en general precioso y muy tranquilo.

Amazing location, amenities, entertainment was absolutely amazing 4 out of the 7 nights all most all the staff were lovely friend happy people apart from on guy on the snack bar his English wasn?t very a good at all so he came across rude on two different occasions and also there is know where to sit and eat if you buy from the shop or snack bar which I think is ridiculous not thought out very well at all if you sit anywhere in the sitting area (restaurants/bar area even when every table is empty you are told this is not good and made to move

Fantastic family holiday destination

Mixed experience on this big, busy site. Great pool, shop and restaurant. Excellent location for exploring Paris. Located in a lovely urban area, but this did mean train and plane noise too. The site itself was very busy with people moving around all the time, it felt crowded. The main issue was the toilet/bathroom block. You regularly had to wait in a queue to use the facilities, no matter which block. The block nearest to us flooded daily meaning you had to wade through dirty water to use them. Having a shower meant other people’s dirty water washing over your feet. Nowhere dry to put towel/clothes etc. It was really off-putting and not what I’d expect considering the cost of the site.
