Grass on pitch needed a cut. Toilet block could have had a clean outside. Paid for best pitch but not up to standard.

La estancia en general ha sido muy positiva, lo único que creo que deberían mejorar en el camping de Valencia es poner remedio a los mosquitos, ya sea fumigando cada día o de alguna otra manera. Ya que en algunos momentos no podíamos disfrutar de la terraza del bungalow por la cantidad de mosquitos que habían por lo demás todo ha sido genial

Camping muy grande, demasiado grande para mi gusto. Si estás en parcela o bungalows alejado de la zona de principal (recepción, piscina, supermercado, restaurante...) tendrás que desplazarte unos 10 minutos a pié para todo. Es como si estuvieses en una mini ciudad. PARCELAS Aunque hay diferentes precios no se diferencian muchísimo entre ellas en tamaño, las más baratas no tienen toma de agua en la parcela. Todas son de tierra, drenan muy bien. Las más caras disponen de baño privado arriba del edificio sanitario, no en la misma parcela. Hemos estado en la zona E. Parcelas medianas con agua. Esta zona está retirada de todo, por lo que hemos estado bastante tranquilos. En esta zona ocasionalmente pueden venir olores de la depuradora que hay cerca, cuanto más cerca del campo de fútbol más llegan los olores. Hay mucho pino. Si buscas parcela sin mucho pino cuesta encontrar. Los amperios de electricidad justos para usar inducción a nivel medio y nada más, nos saltó el diferencial varias veces y a los vecinos también. Por cierto, en esta zona, en temporada baja no siempre están abiertos los baños. Cuando nos instalamos pensamos que estarían activos y estuvimos uno o dos días teniendo que usar otro más lejano. Antes de instalarnos, en recepción, no nos avisaron. RECEPCIÓN Son muy amables pero no saben...y desconocen el camping. Ejemplos: "Que descuentos tengo?" Respuesta: "No sé... Lo que salga en ordenador" "En la parcela que quiero estar, ¿nos vendrán olores de la depuradora?" Respuesta: "No". Respuesta incorrecta, 🤷🏾♀️ nos vinieron olores. "¿Por qué no me funciona correctamente la app?" Respuesta: "No lo sé" "¿Por qué en el mapa hay mesas de ping pong al lado de fútbol y luego no están físicamente?" Respuesta: "No lo sé, soy nueva a esa zona todavía no he llegado..." "No tengo luz en la parcela" Respuesta: "Paso nota, ¿a qué hora deberían ir los de mantenimiento?" 😳 "¿En la app me salen las actividades únicamente hasta la fecha final de mi estancia?" Respuesta: "No, debería salirte todo lo planificado" Escribo notificando la incidencia al e-mail que sale en la app, y me confirman que únicamente me sale los días que he pagado. 🤷🏾♀️ BLOQUES SANITARIOS Hay cuatro (creo) Los que más hemos utilizado son los de la zona E Uno de ellos (el que está más cerca del campo de fútbol) está bastante deteriorado pero lo he encontrado más funcional, en general, que el otro que es más nuevo. Todos los espacios son amplios y prácticos. Tienen aseos individuales con espejo y lavamanos, en los nuevos de la zona E la luz de estos la puedes encender únicamente de noche (está programado así), por este motivo durante el día se quedan prácticamente inutilizados ya que la luz del techo es insuficiente, además... me pregunto yo... ¿cómo puede limpiar adecuadamente el personal de limpieza si no ve?. Informé a recepción hasta 4 veces, la respuesta, la cuarta vez, fue que el personal de mantenimiento no podía cambiar la programación. Solicité que escalaran el tema pero una semana más tarde el tema seguía igual. Las duchas en general tienen poca presión. En los edificios antiguos de la zona E las duchas son con plato de ducha cerámico pequeño. El espacio de fregar los platos es muy cómodo, está a la altura adecuada, es amplio, no se te carga la espalda y está limpio. POLITICA DE RESERVAS Es una empresa a lo grande y no admiten flexibilidad que no esté contemplada por la cadena de campings. Esto que los campistas hemos hecho toda la vida de estar unos días en parcela hasta que te apetece marchar se complica en Sandaya, la empresa exige (incluso en temporada baja) pago por adelantado de los días que quieres estar y si por el motivo que sea debes marchar antes no te abonan en dinero. Promueven las reservas aun siendo innecesarias, llamé para saber si era necesario reservar para Sant Joan y me dijeron que me lo aconsejaban porque el año anterior estaban todas las parcelas ocupadas. Ya estando alojados vimos que no se habían llenado ni la mitad, ¡ni siquiera en la primera quincena de julio tenían la mitad de las parcelas ocupadas! En las reservas ponen normas pensando en los bungalows y las aplican a las parcelas, es como si a los de las parcelas se nos invisibilizara un poco (incluso en la reserva se me pedía una fianza por limpieza!!!, obvio que no había que pagarla 😅) SUPERMERCADO Tiene bastante variedad de productos y a precios similares (o más baratos) a los supermercados de la zona. La panadería está dentro del supermercado y tiene diferentes panes calientes todo el día. El personal del súper presto a ayudar. ANIMACIÓN Floja. Han sido muy pocas las actividades a las que hemos asistido que la hayamos podido disfrutar sin percances. O no se podía hacer por aforo sobrepasado, o se realizaba mal por aforo inexistente, o no se finalizaba porque se acababa el tiempo estipulado, o te asfixiabas de calor porque estaban programadas actividades deportivas en horas de pleno sol y en pleno sol 🤷🏾♀️ El club de adolescentes que está anunciado es de pago (10 euros) Los espectáculos unos mejor y otros peor pero lo que creo que es insuficiente es el escenario, lo vimos pequeño. Los partidos de fútbol los puedes ver en pantalla grande en el bowling o algunos en pantalla extragrande en el escenario. LIMPIEZA Las chicas de la limpieza (porque creo que no había ni un solo chico...🤔) muy eficientes, se toman su trabajo con muchísima responsabilidad, todo te lo encuentras muy limpio. Además son muy educadas y dispuestas siempre a ayudar. SEGURIDAD Y TRANQUILIDAD Por la noche hay dos chicos de seguridad haciendo ronda, acompañando al alojamiento a nuevas entradas nocturnas (el camping acepta entradas de huéspedes a cualquier hora) y con labores de mantenimiento urgentes. Dado el tamaño del camping creo que es insuficiente dos guardias para todo ese trabajo. Durante el día varios controlan las entradas al camping. Para ser un camping tan grande no hemos apreciado demasiado ruido. A partir de las 12 en general hay silencio. Aunque dos días tuvimos que llamar a seguridad bien pasadas las 12 de la noche, después de rato sin poder dormir. RESTAURACIÓN A nivel de calidad no sé, únicamente pedimos unas patatas fritas y estaban así así... Pero en general los camareros (porque todos son chicos 🤔) son muy simpáticos y eficientes. PISCINAS Están todas en el mismo espacio. Una para nadar y saltar. Otra infantil que no cubre. Otra más infantil con un barco para jugar. Y otra con chorros y jacuzzis. También hay unos toboganes que no acaban en piscina. El espacio de jacuzzi genial para grandes y pequeños (+10 añis), si el agua estuviera climatizada (como en Francia) ya seria el no va más 😅. Un detalle que no me ha gustado es que, con lo grande que es el espacio acuático, únicamente tenga una entrada. Opino que debería haber otra entrada por la zona del barco. Cómo se dice en otros comentarios, a pesar de ser muy grande se queda pequeña en ocasiones. Las tumbonas, si encuentras libre, suelen estar muy sucias. INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS El gimnasio es un recinto pequeño con varias máquinas. Hay en la parte de arriba de la bolera billares (2 euros partida) y futbolín. El precio de la bolera es de 5 euros por persona. El precio de la pista de padel 15 euros. Hay solo una pista de pádel al lado del campo de fútbol, y de basket. El campo de fútbol no anima a jugar, es de tierra, da mucho el sol, es enorme y vienen olores de la depuradora. En esta zona, a pesar de que el plano indica que hay ping pong, no hay. El ping pong está detrás de recepción, en el anfiteatro (dos mesas). PRECIOS Si reservas muuuchos meses antes puedes tener promociones. Nosotros sin reservar con tanto tiempo, usando Acsi, en temporada baja la parcela 3 estrellas nos salió por unos 30 euros aproximados la noche y 70 euros la temporada alta. No tienen precios fijos. Los precios fluctúan según demanda en página web 😳 (es la primera vez que nos encontramos con precios fluctuantes en un camping) WiFi Cuanto más cerca de recepción menos datos y cobertura tienes. En recepción ya no podía ni llamar. En la zona E nuestros datos nos funcionaron correctamente. El camping ofrece WiFi de pago. Resumiendo. Volvería a venir si tuviese que hacerlo, lo hemos pasado bien, pero no es nuestro estilo de camping.

Die sanitären Anlagen waren mir zu wenig für so viele Menschen. Die Platzgrösse war erfreulich. Der Service war insgesamt sehr freundlich.

Very relaxed & safe camp, very quiet at night so no noise issues, loved the location with it's close proximity to the village, to the Loire & to some beautiful towns nearby. I would drop some marks for not having a BBQ, free WIFI & proper bed sheets included by default, seeing as this campsite is supposed to be a premium standard. Otherwise I would recommend this campsite & this region to others.

Ha estado genial, lo único que eche un poco de menos es q algunos juegos para los adolescentes se explicarán tb en español, la gran mayoría de las veces no se hacía.

A great stay overall, The kids had a fantastic time in the kids club every day, a big thank you to Luis, Munu, Margaux, Julianne, they really made the stay very enjoyable for the kids, and the evening times there was great interaction. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, nicht perfekt aber schön. Wir waren zum ersten mal mit Sandaya unterwegs und sind eigentlich sehr zufrieden.

Der Platz ist sehr schön und sehr sauber, auch die Chalets sind äußerst gepflegt und liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Betten sind allerdings sehr hart und und es sind Gummimatratzen mit einfachen Laken als Bettwäsche (im Ehebett nur ein Große), sodass es keinen entspannten Schlaf gibt. Tierfreie Chalets gibt es nur gegen Aufpreis - sehr schade für Allergiker. Das Personal ist äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ruhig und erholsam, bietet aber viele Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten

Very good, our 3rd time at Aloha. Lodges showing signs of wear but still comfortable. Was surprised to see parking rules not enforced, some cars on pitches all week.
