Great stay.

Great stay. Entertainment was really good. Kids clubs were great. Although premium accommodation was in need of repair and decking was rotten. Disabled wheelchair access was poor.

Haben unseren Aufenthalt nach 1 Nacht abgebrochen, Platz extrem eng, völlig verschlammt und sehr lau

Haben unseren Aufenthalt nach 1 Nacht abgebrochen, Platz extrem eng, völlig verschlammt und sehr laut. Konnten unseren Anhänger kaum auf der Parzelle abstellen. Citywasseranschluss nicht möglich da sonst das Zelt nebenan ohne Wasserversorgung. Bis tief in die Nacht Lärm auf dem Hauptverkehrsweg direkt an der Parzelle. Tolle Internetpräsenz mit Fotos von Pool und neuem Platzbereich, leider nicht den Gegebenheiten entsprechend. Wir werden Sanndaya zukünftig nicht mehr buchen. Haben leider auch keine Rückmeldung zu unserer Mail an Sandaya zum Abbruch unseres Afenthaltes erhalten. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.

I have already made a complaint which I still haven't heard back from.

I have already made a complaint which I still haven't heard back from. We stayed on three pitches (we booked 3 separate stays) but it's only the first 2 nights that we had a major issue with. The drainage was creating the most awful smell! We couldn't use the private sanitary, we couldn't eat at our pitch or spend anytime there. We complained to management but nothing was done and no one seemed bothered. Luckily our next pitch we booked was further up so we didn't get the smell. So this score is only based on those first two nights we booked. If it wasn't for this I would of scored 10

Eine sehr schöne Camping Anlage mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter*innen. Die Toiletten und Duschanlagen sind ok, aber unter Tage leider oft verdreckt. Der Zugang zum Strand und auch auf dem Campingplatz lag zuviel Hundekot.

Personal und Dienstleister alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Poolbereich müsste ein Einlassstopp gemacht werden da dieser sehr oft mehr wie überfüllt war. Und die Bademeister müssten mehr auf die Liegen achten welche freigehalten werden für Freunde/Bekannte die viel später zum Pool kommen.

Très bon séjour dans ce camping, personnel accueillant, animations sympathiques, de bons équipements

Très bon séjour dans ce camping, personnel accueillant, animations sympathiques, de bons équipements. Le seul bémol serait que la piscine et les activités sont un peu loin quand on est au fond du camping. Les enfants veulent revenir car ils ont adoré les activités proposées (les 3 clubs enfants ont été testés (mini, junior et ado). Je recommande donc ce camping!

stay was fabulous, but we had a major disappintment

stay was fabulous, we had a few small issues with the accommodation when we arrived which were resolved very quickly. However we were very disappointed that the main swimming pool was out of action for whole of our stay and that the whole family could not use the pool, which to be honest is one of the main attractions of staying a site such as Les Allicourts

Perfekte Organisation mit vielen Informationen bereits im Vorfeld und schnelle Reaktion bei Anfragen vor dem Reiseantritt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und planen auch für 2024 mit einem Urlaub bei Sandaya - wohl in Südfrankreich bzw. Spanien.
