Man hat den Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeitenden sich nicht identifizieren mit ihrer Arbeit, sie wirken unmotiviert und sind wenig hilfsbereit (z.b. hatten wir einen medizinischen Notfall und wurden bei der Suche nach einem Arzt nicht unterstützt). Wenig Animationsangebote im Vergleich zu früher auf dem Platz, oft war das Wasser zum Spülen kalt, Stellplätze sind sehr uneben, vieles kostet extra, obwohl die Preise für den Platz gestiegen sind, Hüpfburg defekt, Ausleihe für SUP war während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes defekt etc.

Overall camping good, cabin quality and cleanliness poor

We got a cabin that hadn‘t been properly cleaned before arrival. Mold or dirt could be seen on the wall next to the headrest of our kids beds. Toilet was leaking and the tank made continuously noise. The toilet was repaired the second day of complaining. Our cabin got cleaned the third day what was already half way of our stay. Reception took our complaints correctly but measures came unfortunately too late, after we filed an official complaint.

Die Lage ist nicht die Beste, das hätte man allerdings im Vorfeld wissen müssen.

Die Lage ist nicht die Beste, das hätte man allerdings im Vorfeld schon wissen müssen. Die Fress-Meile; war rein gar nichts für mich und zu künstlich hochgezogen. Es gibt andere Sandaya Clubs, die haben das besser gelöst, z.B. das Marais an der Loire.

Der Platz für ist Wohnwägen sehr schwer zu rangieren. Zudem die Auffahrrampen an einer Steigung eine Zumutung!

Der Platz für ist Wohnwägen sehr schwer zu rangieren. Zudem die Geschwindigkeitsrampen an einer Steigung sind eine Zumutung. Diese machen ein Anfahren mit Wohnwagen und die daraus resultierende Belastung für die Kupplung überaus grenzwertig. Zudem das sehr unfreundliche Personal am Abend beim Abendessen. Diese Mitarbeiterin ist geschäftsschädigend.

The site felt 'tired' and basic at times compared to other 4/5* sites including other Sandaya sites which we have stayed at. There was a lack of facilities in the site including bar, restaurant and ice cream which in order to access you had to physically exit the site and which was not always open even then!

Más piscinas, toboganes y hamacas

Para ser un 4* le faltan más piscinas y toboganes y también más hamacas a la hora punta, en temporada baja estaba a tope no me imagino en temporada alta. Buenos precios en supermercado, precios subidos (de discoteca) en la bolera :( La entrada al camping con el coche algo arriesgada por la carretera. Buena y agradable ubicación en un bosque de pinos.
