Ein Reinfall

Platz I36 fühlt sich an wie auf der Kirmes. Kein Hinweis bei der Buchung, dass der Platz unmittelbar neben Bühne und Bolzplatz ist. Laut von morgens bis 2 Uhr in der Nacht. Wir waren mit kleinem Kind da. Keine Möglichkeit umzubuchen und kein Verständnis für die Kritik vor Ort. Dazu Uringeruch auf dem Areal.

Camping Sandaya le Truc Vert

Einfach viel, viel, viel zu teuer.

Einfach viel, viel, viel zu teuer. Ich komme seit 15 Jahren zum Campingplatz Truc Vert. Der Platz zeichnet sich durch seine Einfachheit in der Natur aus. Es benötigt keinerlei Änderungen bis auf die Sauberkeit der Sanitären Anlagen. Unter Surfer hatte der Platz einen super Ruf. Nun hat sich der Preis von 30€ auf 100€ verdreifacht, für einen einfachen Stellplatz. Das ist eine Unverschämtheit. Es benötigt nicht noch einen weiteren Freizeitpark mit Pool und Spa und Animationsprogramm. Der Platz lebt von der Natur und eem Ambiente, das die Stammkunden erschaffen haben. Ich denke, dass wir Stammkunden uns nach einem neuen Truc Vert umschauen werden. Nach 15 Jahren isage ich Good Bye.

Platz ist schön angelegt, Weg zum Wasser OK. Die Sanitären Anlagen aber der pure Horror. Die Kabinen sind zu klein, dreckig und übersäht mit Fliegen. Die Reinigung wurde nur einmal täglich durchgeführt, alles war nass und schmierig. Anstelle des Handtrockners, der wohl die Leute in direkter Umgebung in den Wahnsinn treibt sollte lieber Seife im Spender angeboten werden. Wenn kein Toilettenpapier angeboten wird, kann es auch nicht meterweise unter das Klo gezogen werden. Die Spülstellen sind nicht wirklicht überdacht, man wird im Regen nass. Keine Außendusche für das schnelle Abduschen des Neoprens. Keine Pissoires. Anzahl der Toiletten und Duschen für die Anzahl an Camper ein Witz. Die Häuser sehen von außen nett aus, hier war aber jemand bei der Planung am Werk, der noch nie auf einem Campingplatz war.

Zu wenig Spülplätze, WC und gar keine Urinale, viel zu wenig Ablagen in den Duschen, die WC total versaut und dreckig, also Waschhäuser sind miserabel. Müllcontainer sind viel zu weit weg. Preise hingegen sind für den geleisteten Service viel zu hoch. Nahezu unverschämt hoch. Wir gucken nach Alternativen, so bitter es ist.

Not a 5* experience at all

There were many things that were very disappointing. Not a 5* experience at all. Things that were negative about my experience: - childrens program - poor quality and no one spoke English. Majority of tourists were from Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland or the UK, only a very few from France. Nevertheless the program was always in French and the animators did not make any efforts to include the children who did not understand. - ridiculous rules around pool area and the way the staff enforced these - only a certain type of swimwear is allowed around the pools. The uniforms of the staff however are the exact opposite. Feels like a dictatorship, especially the way it is enforced. Not like a holiday that you pay for! I had also an experience of having to wear a t shirt due to skin sensitivity and was requested to remove it because it is against the rules. No common sense, no space for discussion. - the quality of bar was very bad - expensive and the drinks were very basic - the mobile app - I was told that’s the only way to book kids activities. I was not even able to create an account as it kept crushing and did not let me to register. I am an IT specialist so it was not due to my skills! - location of the campsite - outside of the camp there is a beach, a very limited choice of restaurants, and that is literally it. Nothing to do, nowhere to go

Après etre venu chez Sandaya et animations réussies l'année dernière, les personnes de l'accueil se sont foutus de nous car ils nous ont avoué après 3 heures d'attente pour le passage d'un technicien que la climatisation était hors d'usage. Pour couronner le tout, la veille de notre départ, notre véhicule a été abîmé juste derrière la clôture. Le personnel ne répondait pas à nos appels alors qu'il y avait personne à l'accueil. Nous n'avons eu aucune animation. Pat contre c'est bien dommage de se comporter de la sorte car le Mobil home était propre et confortable mais 130 euros par jour sans animations et avec un véhicule endommagé c'est cauchemardesque !

Die Aussicht beschränkt sich auf das nebenstehende Funktionsgebäude, pünktlich um 08.00 Uhr morgens wird man von der Anlieferung geweckt und der Gestank aus dem Funktionsgebäude ist sehr belaestigend. Abhilfe konnte oder wollte nicht geschaffen werden. Wir sind daher auch früher abgereist. Uns sehen sie nie wieder!
