Not a 5* experience at all

There were many things that were very disappointing. Not a 5* experience at all. Things that were negative about my experience: - childrens program - poor quality and no one spoke English. Majority of tourists were from Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland or the UK, only a very few from France. Nevertheless the program was always in French and the animators did not make any efforts to include the children who did not understand. - ridiculous rules around pool area and the way the staff enforced these - only a certain type of swimwear is allowed around the pools. The uniforms of the staff however are the exact opposite. Feels like a dictatorship, especially the way it is enforced. Not like a holiday that you pay for! I had also an experience of having to wear a t shirt due to skin sensitivity and was requested to remove it because it is against the rules. No common sense, no space for discussion. - the quality of bar was very bad - expensive and the drinks were very basic - the mobile app - I was told that’s the only way to book kids activities. I was not even able to create an account as it kept crushing and did not let me to register. I am an IT specialist so it was not due to my skills! - location of the campsite - outside of the camp there is a beach, a very limited choice of restaurants, and that is literally it. Nothing to do, nowhere to go
