En general ha estado bien, personal amable y atento. Lo peor la iluminación, era mínima o nula, ya que para ir a los baños por la noche apenas se podía ver. Los baños deberían de limpiarse con mayor frecuencia.

Leider trübte die Sauberkeit und Hygiene den Aufenthalt bei Ihnen zu Beginn. Allerdings wurde dies nach einer schriftlichen Beschwerde zeitnah verbessert. Im Vorfeld des Aufenthaltes wurde angefragt, ob der Platz für einen Wohnwagen / Vorzelt UND (!) großem Familienzelt ausreichend sei. Was telefonisch ausdrücklich bejaht wurde. Der Platz war mehr als knapp bemessen. Letztlich wurde der Platz, obwohl mit 2 Familien belegt, nach der Abfahrt 1 Familie durch die Rezeption neu besetzt, obwohl auch nur 1 Karte (anstelle der 2 ausgegebenen) zurückgegeben wurde. Der See hat für vielen entschädigt

Die Ausstattung und Instandhaltung, Matratzen der Häuser sind verbesserungsbedürftig. Wir bringen uns schon unsere eigene Matratzenauflage mit, weil die oft durchgelegen sind.
