Had a great stay at sandaya cypsela Girona Spain camp site, this is our 3rd year at this site and it’s spotlessly clean staff polite and very helpful as always, it’s got everything you need on the site, we love it

El camping muy bien, como siempre. Se echan en falta los toboganes que quitaron hace un tiempo. Por ponerle un pero, teníamos incluido el WIFI con el bungalow que alquilamos y al estar éste lejos de la recepción la señal no llegaba corréctamente y no pudieron solucionarlo y no pudimos disfrutar ningún día del servicio de Wifi.Y por poner otro pero, no tiene sentido que en la oferta de fin de semana donde estás 2 noches puedas hacer el check out a las 14:00 horas y luego vayas 5 noches, como íbamos nosotros (de lunes a sábado) y tengamos que salir a las 10:00 horas, además, estando el camping bastante vacío, con lo cual nuestro bungalow no se iba a ocupar ese día.

El camping como siempre bien cuidado, el alojamiento en esta última vez bastante mal cuidado. Puertas marcadas de golpes, sofá con una tabla suelta. Nos encontramos ropa de otros propietarios debajo de las camas

Una pena l estancia. Tras recoger el bungalow y tirar la basura, nos han cobrado 79? de fianza por dejar el lavavajillas con platos limpios y algun papel en la basura del baño. Excesivo. No hay un protocolo de chequeo. Era la tercera vez que vamos y no volveremos. Una pena.

Was put into a cottage colour even though it was smaller than the one we booked, told it was an ?upgrade? because it had a tv. Which was of absolute no good as there are no English speaking channels since brexit on campsites. The truth behind it was the campsite was actually very busy.

Teníamos la entrada al bungalow anegada de agua,y nos lo solucionaron muy amablemente,con tardanza por aglomeración de reservas,pero nos ofrecieron para compensar la salida mas tarde.Hemos tenido muchas estancias en Sandaya desde hace años,todo muy bien,personal,limpieza,instalaciones etc....a mejorar los horarios de entradas y salidas,aunque siempre llegamos antes y no ponen pegas,seguiremos confiando en Sandaya
