Bien,... pero se puede mejorar

Cuando llegamos no funcionaba el agua caliente del bungalow, fuimos a recepción y estaba cerrada hasta el día siguiente. Al día siguiente nos dijeron que a las 10h vendría alguien, no se presentó hasta las 11:15h, pedí explicaciones a la persona de recepción y me dijo que hablaría personalmente con la directora para mirar de buscar alguna compensación... no tuvimos ninguna respuesta.

Siempre venimos a este camping y esta muy bien. Lo que mas me gusta es la ubicación, junto al lago d

Siempre venimos a este camping y nos encanta. Lo que mas nos gusta es la ubicación, junto al lago de Soustons, con acceso directo por carril bici a la playa de Soustons y a vieux boucau y a 20min en coche de hossegor. Es un camping muy agradable por ser peatonal, ya que solo ves bungalows de madera entre pinos, sin ver un montón de coches cada uno de un color. Para los niños es muy cómodo ya que no tienes problema de que pasen coches. No es un macro camping con toboganes. Es el camping perfecto para combinar familia y naturaleza.

En general hemos pasado unas buenas vacaciones con vosotros.

En general hemos pasado unas buenas vacaciones con vosotros, pero la piscina climatizada estaba frío (imagino que sería porque acabáis de abrir y no le dio tiempo a calentarse) y por otro lado en cuanto al material de dotación que ofrecéis para la limpieza, tenéis que valorar el poner una fregona (bayeta española) ya que me parece una guarrería tener que escurrir con las manos un trapo para poder fregar existiendo la fregona.
