Very poor and totally disappointed. I arrived to be told my booked pitch wasn?t available so offered a diff ent pitch. This was too small so had to move to another and ended up paying for the extra comfort cabin. Bar, shop, and snack bar was actually closed more than they were open and all were closed from Sunday to Wednesday. No animation for most nights.

Es wurde sich nicht um uns gekümmert und Belangen ignoriert. Das Mobilehome war schmutzig, Rollos defekt, Wasserhahn locker und der Herd ohne Abdeckung und voller scharfer Kanten. An der Terrasse standen Nägel heraus, was das Laufen der Kinder zur Gafahr machte. Das Geschirr war total verdreckt. Es wurde einfach nicht reagiert. Das Wasser war maximal lauwarm. Den Kindern war es zu kalt. Haben wirklich überlegt die nächsten Buchungen für Pfingsten und Sommer zu stornieren, da es kein schöner Aufenthalt gewesen ist. Aufgrund der letzten Urlaube bei Sandaya und immer positiven Erfahrungen, werden wir es nochmals wagen.

Oh schreck kein Glas im Schrank mussten die ganze Abwaschmaschine aus- und in Schränke räumen, nicht genug mussten wir noch Pfanne reinigen. WC Bürste fehlte. Nach Kontrolle des Inventars fehlten noch weitere Artikel. Bei Meldung an der Rezeption sagte man uns: Ihr müsst uns nur sagen was ihr wirklich braucht und daher war unsere Kontrolle reine Zeitverschwendung!!!! Und so begann unser Urlaub.

The location was good ... in the middle of the Andennes and the personnel at reception was kind and

The location was good ... in the middle of the Andennes and the personnel at reception was kind and effective. The campsite gets very muddy with very little rain ... most of the caravans/campers got stuck, not to talk about the little or ineffective drainage. The bathroom experience was very bad ... hot water was limited, constant fluctuation of temperature and extremely filthy (in 8 days, I never saw someone from the staff cleaning or sorting things out). The campsite has two swimming pools, both of them claimed to be at 28 degrees, but in reality way less. The water has too much chlorine and the facilities were overcrowded. Any game or ball(s) are allowed in the swimming pool without any control ... if you put that together with a overcrowded swimming pool you have the perfect soup for problems. These are problems that can be easily solved by the management and I hope they take action, because the venue deserves it. I'm still surprised that the campsite it is ranked with a 4 starts ... in my opinion it shouldn't be more than 2 or 3.

Große Enttäuschung: der beworbene Pool ist nicht wie versprochen geöffnet

Die Enttäuschung war riesig, als wir feststellen mussten, dass der überall beworbene beheizte Außenpool nicht geöffnet war, denn wir hatten den Campingplatz explizit wegen der Pool-Landschaft gebucht. Auch der Zen-Pool war geschlossen. Lediglich der kleine Indoor-Pool war geöffnet. Darüber hinaus glich der Campingplatz bei unserem Aufenthalt einer großen Baustelle mit viel Matsch, Baggern und großen LKWs und dem dementsprechenden Arbeitslärm (und das am Osterwochenende). Das einzig Positive, was wir über den Aufenthalt schreiben können: Das Personal vor Ort war wirklich nett und sehr bemüht.
