The location was good ... in the middle of the Andennes and the personnel at reception was kind and effective. The campsite gets very muddy with very little rain ... most of the caravans/campers got stuck, not to talk about the little or ineffective drainage. The bathroom experience was very bad ... hot water was limited, constant fluctuation of temperature and extremely filthy (in 8 days, I never saw someone from the staff cleaning or sorting things out). The campsite has two swimming pools, both of them claimed to be at 28 degrees, but in reality way less. The water has too much chlorine and the facilities were overcrowded. Any game or ball(s) are allowed in the swimming pool without any control ... if you put that together with a overcrowded swimming pool you have the perfect soup for problems. These are problems that can be easily solved by the management and I hope they take action, because the venue deserves it. I'm still surprised that the campsite it is ranked with a 4 starts ... in my opinion it shouldn't be more than 2 or 3.
