Super Noisy in the evenings, too many people in the water park with no where to sit / little shade with babies or young children. Shop was expensive and restaurant food made us ill. Plus side, water park was great with kids. Water is as warm, and beach access was easy. The general area the camp site is in is really run down, literally nothing to do outside the camp site. Wouldn’t advise for anyone who wants more than teenage discos, average food, and not leaving the campsite.

Dreckig im Restaurant und durchgelegende Matratzen. Hier wird vielfach am falschen Ende gespart. Sehr Schade, denn die Lage ist eigentlich gut.

Das Mobilheim war nicht wirklich sauber, das Geschirr hat gestunken. Die Klimaanlage welche wir glücklicherweise nicht gebraucht haben hat nicht mehr richtig gekühlt und war völlig verdreckt. Zwei Mückengitter ließen sich nicht hochziehen. Das Eis in der Kühltheke hat nicht gut ausgesehen. Die Poolanlagen sind klein was bei der geringen Belegung aber glücklicherweise kein Problem war. Das Wasser im Pool war warm genug. Das Personal hat sich bemüht die Probleme zu lösen. Für den Preis kann man da mit Leben, Ich weiß nicht ob ich noch mal hier her komme. Es ist halt sehr günstig gewesen.

Gleich bei Ankunft des Hauses mängel festgestellt. 2 gebuchte Optionen waren nicht erledigt worden. Geschirr fehlte, Gasgrill und föhn funktionierte nicht. Geputzt war es nicht wirklich, spinne auf dem Bett gehabt. Beim Premium Haus keine regengeschütze terasse. Da wir nur 3 Tage dort verbrachten wollte ich die Zeit nicht damit verbringen jedem noch hinterher rennen zu müssen. Personal kann zum Teil nicht mal Englisch. Nur französisch. Konnten im Restaurant nicht mal wirklich bestellen weil die nur französisch konnten. Ich selber spreche 3 sprachen. Hatte erst gedacht das wir einfach Pech hatten mit dem Haus, aber wie es aussieht, ist es Standart. Ansonsten schöner Campingplatz und tolle Pools. Meine Eltern sind Grad dort, gleiche Problem mit dem Haus wie bei uns, Klimaanlage musste mehrmals an einem Tag repariert werden und nur nachdem auch geschimpft wurde. Weil ne Stunde zuvor der Esstisch komplett zusammengefallen war, sauber war es auch nicht. Jetzt dritte Tag und die Klima geht weiter ständig kaputt. Und die haben für 9 Tage gebucht....

Unfortunately the entertainment in the evenings let it down. The bar and restaurant staff are excellent. We won’t be back in May half term which is a shame as it used to be so good.

Die Unterkunft war verlebt und teilweise ungepflegt. Für das Geld war es schon eine Frechheit. Es war zudem jedem Abend außer So. ectrem laut bis 23h.

We have stayed at other Sandaya parks and they were much better.

A notre arrivée, mobil-home pas très propre. Les lumières fonctionne que dans la moitié de notre logement de vacances. Table basse cassée et pour la cerise sur le gâteau envahi de fourmis. I was very disappointed in the site. It was a very long way from the beach, the pitches were very poor quality and the pool area was not befitting a 5*

Because dogs are not allowed anymore in Premium Bungalows (there was no announcement per mail etc.), we have been downgraded to 4 stars shortly before our arrive. That was not what we have booked. Everything at Sandaya seems to be very stary and not flexible at all. There was no sorry ever at all. They give you rather the feeling that we have to thank them, that they could manage another option for us. Only 1 bathroom and no Plancha was a downgrade we wouldn't have booked this way. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. It was our 5th stay in Sandaya but that doesn't count at all as it looks. Wife and daughter had both birthday during our stay. A little appreciation from the Club would be something nice. There is really a lot of room for improvement in terms of customer service.

Very poor and totally disappointed. I arrived to be told my booked pitch wasn?t available so offered a diff ent pitch. This was too small so had to move to another and ended up paying for the extra comfort cabin. Bar, shop, and snack bar was actually closed more than they were open and all were closed from Sunday to Wednesday. No animation for most nights.

Kalte Duschen, keine Müllbehälter im Sanitärbereich, warme Duschen zu weit weg. Kein heißes Wasser zum Geschirrspüler. Kein Service.
