After 5 years we are finally done with Sandaya

Because dogs are not allowed anymore in Premium Bungalows (there was no announcement per mail etc.), we have been downgraded to 4 stars shortly before our arrive. That was not what we have booked. Everything at Sandaya seems to be very stary and not flexible at all. There was no sorry ever at all. They give you rather the feeling that we have to thank them, that they could manage another option for us. Only 1 bathroom and no Plancha was a downgrade we wouldn't have booked this way. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. It was our 5th stay in Sandaya but that doesn't count at all as it looks. Wife and daughter had both birthday during our stay. A little appreciation from the Club would be something nice. There is really a lot of room for improvement in terms of customer service.
