Check in not good, have an ACSiCard, offered various pitches, asked specifically if they were on the ACSI price, told yes, chose a pitch, went back to reception, told E86, not E 21, queried this told a) minimum of 2 nights and b) not ACSI pitch, not told this when we arrived and no mention of this in ACSI book, nor that I could see on the website
