Muchas piedras y el suelo desnivelado y con falta de relleno de arena.. pusieron una pantalla gigante para ver la final de al champion que estaba muy bien ypero cuando quedaba un minuto , repito un minuto para terminar y recoger la copa nos quisieron apagar la pantalla!!! Entiendo que cada trabajador tiene su horario pero por un minuto? deberíamos tener un poco más simpatía por la gente que estábamos viéndolo!! Las piscinas muy bien

The site is lovely, however the 2 weekends of our stay was horrific with some of the other people staying on site and the noise and nightly disturbance with no one around to sort these people out, even after several calls to the security guard on site. Not what I would expect for a 5star site

Leider waren die Plätze unter Wasser und die Vorgänger haben ausreichend Spurrillen hinterlassen. Es hat sich niemand darum gekümmert, trotz Hinweise, wie man den Platz beziehen konnte noch eine Lösung herbei geführt. Trotz mehrfachen Nachfragen schien kein anderer Platz frei zu sein. Was wir so nicht bestätigen konnten und auch 6 Tagen nicht ersichtlich war . Die Plätze die einigermaßen bewohnbar waren, wurden 1 Woche nicht belegt. Schade, dass es niemanden interessierte. 5 Sterne ?! Wir sind dementsprechend 5 Tage früher abgereist. Auch das interessierte niemanden. Der einzige Vermerk war, dass wir ja tatsächlich keinen Schlüssel für unser privaten Sanitär hatten. Lustig, hatten noch gedacht es würde so stimmen . Zusätzlich wurden dann noch in unserer Reihe die Rohre der Sanitäranlagen mit schwerem Geschütz ausgebuddelt. Urlaub stellen wir uns anders vor. Gegen Regen kann man nichts machen, aber Hilfe und die Bereitschaft zu helfen kann erwartet werden.

The staff were very friendly but we were incredibly disappointed that there was no entertainment, bar or decent restaurant open for 2 days. We feel we paid for services that should have been included daily on our holiday and they weren?t available. We shouldn?t be forced to go and find excursions elsewhere when we?ve paid for a holiday. Our son has Autism and this made our stay very difficult l, coupled with the bad weather we left 2 days early as we were so unhappy

The mostly shady porch got covered daily in huge bird droppings, so we could not lie on the sun beds. Our car was frequently littered by bird droppings. When we checked the inventory on our arrival, items like a broom, chopping board an a couple of other things were missing. After complaining at the reception, it took three days to get the broom and the chopping board delivered, although one of the reception-staff assured us, that she would send someone around to go through the entire inventory. On the cooker one of the big hobs did not work. Some of the staff however were really nice, trying their best to help. The beach was nice and the food and service in the restaurant which we visited once, was good.

Die Animation am Abend ist so laut, dass Kinder vor 23Uhr kein Auge zu bekommen. Ein Buch im eigenen Wohncontainer zu lesen wurde zur Herausforderung und der Erholungseffekt konnte nicht einkehren.
