Highly recommend

Great stay and would highly recommend. Suggest packing toilet roll for arrival as only one provided. Very rainy and one end of the campsite was muddy but the premium cabin where we stayed was excellent.

Lovely campsite...accommodation is a little bit tired, shower was awful, water went from hot to cold constantly. Play areas quite poor, only 1 swing at park next to pool bar. Pool for younger children was far too cold, could perhaps be heated.

DECEPCIÓN

Fuimos a la reapertura del camping Valencia como Sandaya llevándonos una decepción enorme. Desaparece la zona norte de acampada, las parcelas literalmente parecen campos de patatas, solo una o dos personas haciendo el checkin con una cola eterna, nos dicen que les ha pillado el toro, pero las parcelas a precio de resort, las piscinas sucias, las calles sucias, los sanitarios mal cuidados, etc. A todo esto le sumamos que no nos dejaron hacer el late check out porque..."tenian bastantes reservas", y todavía estamos esperando que nos devuelvan 15€ de la tarjeta ACSI. Os habéis cargado el camping Valencia, y no lo llaméis camping si lo único que os interesa es poner 2000 bungalows.

Es wird jedes Jahr schlechter. Das Essen und auch die Abendanimation. Ich verstehe nicht, wie alles so dermaßen abgebaut wurde. Wir kommen seit Jahren auf den Aloha Campingplatz weil wir uns dort mit anderen Familien treffen. Leider überlegen wir nun alle den Campingplatz zu wechseln.

Auch war der Empfang an der Rezeption zwar ok, aber nicht im Übermaß freundlich, z.B. hätte ich es beim Check-Out nett gefunden, wenn man uns gefragt hätte, ob es uns gefallen hat und uns eine gute Heimreise gewünscht hätte. An der Sprache kann es nicht gelegen haben, da ich fließend französisch spreche…

Lovely site, well stocked shop, friendly staff. It would seem that you have a new computer system which was causing problems leading to frustration and long delays checking in. We initially checked in for 3 days and as site was good and quite, extended it for a further 4 days. Unfortunately that night you DJ started a very noisy commentary which was a lot louder than the music which went on on some nights until 2300, which spoilt our stay.
