Au bout de 2 heures, ils l'ont résolu pour 24 heures et ils nous ont retirés du jardin sans autorisation en moins de ce temps. très mauvais camping. Ce serait une catégorie 2 étoiles.

Not 5 star for us Dirty accommodation on arrival. The whole chalet needed a deep clean and clearly had not been done before our arrival. Dirty pans in the kitchen, old dirty pillows, dirty floors and pubic hairs in the shower. Staff at reception sent cleaner who did what should have been done in the first place. (She was lovely) Disappointed as location fantastic and paid a lot of money for good standard accommodation according to the website. We moved to a different campsite near by, which offered us great, clean accommodation. First impressions matter

Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Das Haus war dreckig und überall waren Spinnweben (WC, Wohnbereich, Schlafzimmer). Die Küche war in einem naja Zustand: Verkleidung von der Spülmaschine fehlte. Fast alle Töpfe waren stark beschädigt. Auf dem Weg zwischen unserem Haus und dem Schwimmbad haben sehr viele Hunde ihr Geschäft verrichtet und man musste den Hinterlassenschaften die ganze Zeit ausweichen. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Haus gebucht, was unter der Woche auch zutrifft - nur am Wochenende haben die Menschen auf der andern Seite des Flusses einen lautstarke Party gefeiert. Personal und Gastro waren freundlich und Gut. Sportmöglichkeiten passen. Lage des Platzes ist gut. Leider sind die wohnlichen Themen mit einem Fragezeichen versehen.

Kostensteigerung um mehr als 50% bei gleichzeitiger Kürzung der Leistung. Zustand der Waschhäuser indiskutabel schlecht, dreckig. Unfreundliches Verhalten vor allem den Jugendlichen gegenüber. Der Platz ist nach wie vor wunderschön und idyllisch gelegen. Seit Übernahme von Sandaya hat sich aber so vieles verschlechtert, dass wir voraussichtlich nicht wiederkommen werden.

Mala experiencia. Ni volvemos ni lo recomendamos.

Cogimos este camping porque para las fechas que queríamos estaba todo ocupado y la verdad el bungalow estuvo bien pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. Como no dispone de sábanas ni toallas, fuimos a alquilar unas por el módico precio de 64 euros que no nos trajeron ni siquiera después de habernos duchado. Pedimos la devolución del dinero por no haber tenido el servicio y se negaban ya que decían que ellos no hacen devoluciones a lo que accedieron después de pedir el libro se de recoamaciones. Además tienes que dejar un depósito de 290?, cosa que no nos había pasado nunca, del que se cobraron 50 eurazos por no tirar la basura. Las instalaciones están anticuadas y el personal no es nada amable. Para nosotros sin duda fue una mala experiencia. Una pena después de haber invertido un buen dinero en las vacaiones familiares. No volveremos bi lo recomendamos.

The staff at the pool were extremely arrogant, aggresive and very unfriendly. The only positive thing I can say is the cabin we lived in were nice, and the staff in the reception were helpfulll and friendly. I can guarantee that we will never come back and we will make sure to tell family and friends never to book a stay with you.

Es war nicht unser erster Sandaya und auch nicht unserer erste 5 Sterne Campingplatz. Wir waren in dem Glauben einen Wunschstellplatz gebucht zuhaben, dies wurde uns Vorort widerlegt und wir bekamen eine Stellplatz direkt an der Hauptdurchgangsstrasse. Der Platz sind nicht groß, aber wir haben alles draufbekommen. Der Untergrund war recht harter sandiger Boden. Es gab auch Plätze mit Rasen und mit lockernd Sand wie im Sandkasten. Zum Spülen stehen an den Sanitärgebäuden runde geflieste Tische mit je 4 Ablaufrinne zur Verfügung. Hier benötigt man dann eine Spülschüssel, falls man gewillt ist mit kaltem Wasser abzuwaschen. Im Sanitärhaus findet man einige Duschkabinen und 3 größere Duschräume die wahrscheinlich für Menschen mit Einschränkungen gedacht sind. In einem Waschhaus waren sie Beschriftet in den anderen nicht. Die Duschkabinen waren klein und ohne Ablage für Duschutensilien und sehr schlecht beleuchtet. Die schlecht Beleuchtung kann man aufgrund des Reinigungszyklus ggf. auch als Feature wahrnehmen. Die Anzahl der Duschmöglichkeiten war ausreichend, das Beleuchtungskonzept hingegen hat man stringent auf dem ganzen Platz angewandt. Auf den Weg war es stockduster, wenn die Anrainer nicht für Beleuchtung gesorgt hatten. Die spärlich verteilten Laternen bestanden aus sehr funzeligen Mini-LED-Panels, die über eine Bewegungsmelder geschalten waren. Dieser delektierte mich meist beim Erreichen der eigentlichen Laterne. Entsorgungsstelle für Müll gibt es eine direkt am Haupteingang. Leider gab es nicht für alle auf dem aushangenen Plan beschriebenen Müllsorten einen Behälter. Zusätzlich wurden noch unnötige Barrieren eingebaut um das Einwerfen von Kunststoffverpackungen nur einzeln zuerlauben. Das Resultat war dann eine unvergleichlicher Anblick, der nicht zu wiederkommen einlud. Wir hatten uns zwischen Buchung und Urlaubsbeginn eine Hund angeschafft und diesen auch ordnungsgemäß bei Ankunft angemeldet und die entsprechende Gebühr dafür entrichtet. Bekommen haben wir dafür eine 1 x 4 Meter großes Stück Erde, das zur hälfte Umzäunt war. Ein füllig zugeschissener „Hundeauslauf“, wie es auf dem Camingplatzplan vermerkt war. Davor stand ein Hundekotbeutelspender, sie ahnen es, leer. Mein persönliches Highlight:, 3 Wochen Strand, Meer und Matsche und keine möglich den Hund zu duschen. Das Highlight meiner Kinder, der erste und einzige Takeaway mit ohne Pommes. Kurzum, es ist kein 5 Sterneplatz. Zum Schluss noch ein Hinweis, um den Campingplatz herum gibt es viel flaches stehendes Wasser. Das sind hervorragende Bedingung für Mücken.

Sehr schlechter Campingplatz geworden

Der Stellplatz war so abfallend und weich sodass wir einen sehr schlechten Aufenthalt hatten. Wir mussten den Wohnwagen mit einem Wagenheber anheben und mit Bretter unterfüttert, weil der augebuddelte Sand immer wieder nachgab. Dies soll ein Prämiumplatz sein! NEIN!! Die neu gebauten Sanitähäuser hatten schimmelige Fugen und alle Wände waren mit Fäkalienfliegen übersät. Die neu gebauten Wasserstellen waren immer zugesendet und das Abwasser lief auf die umliegenden Stellplätze. Toilettenpapier war zu 80 % nicht da,weil der Sanitärbereich nur einmal täglich gereinigt wurde. Was das Toilttenpapier um 10 Uhr alle,so blieb dass dann bis zum nächten Tag. Vor den Dusche im Gang war immer viel Wasser auf den Fliesen. Sehr hohe Rutschgefahr. Alles in allem vielleicht gut gemeint aber sehr schlecht gemacht!!! Der Platz ist nicht Empfehlenswert!

Would not recommend.

Except the mobile homes everything does not look like the pictures online. No umbrellas at the pool, always not enough sunbeds. too big and not detail loved. if you dont speak french you wont get the information you need. the mobile homes are nice but all other i would not recommend. service before our stay was horrible too. they made a mistake in the system and I had to contact sandaya many many times to chance. wehen we arrived they did still not know.

Die für uns wichtige Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht - und es dauerte 9 Tage bis zum Austausch. Geld wollte uns Sandaya nicht zurücküberweisen. Außerdem hatte sich viel Laub unter unserem MobileHome und unter der Terasse gesammelt. Es roch die ganze Zeit, als säße man auf einem Komposthaufen. Beseitigt wurde der Unrat trotzdem Reklamationen nicht. Soetwas hätten wir alles eher von einem 2-Sterne-Platz erwartet ...

Find yourself another camping spot - price and quality don’t match.

This camping side has absolutely no control. Camping map don?t fit with the numbers on the pitch. The picture of the pitch must be from another place as the pitch look like a construction ground not a camping spot.
