The shop and restaurant were also closed ( Monday) which would have been fine if we had been told beforehand. For 72 pounds not Euros we didn?t think it was good enough. We have stayed on this site for the last 20 years and have always been pleased with everything. We have also stayed on one of your sites le bois and paid a lot less for the same facilities.

Camping Sandaya Aloha

Overall a very nice camping experience, but very expensive with almost no points of interests in walking/biking distance.

The whole area is nicely renovated (we were guests 15 years ago). However there are some points that needs attention: the showers were often times almost unusable (very little water pressure) and for an "affordable" vacation some things are way too expensive. Costs of food and beverages is too high. Wifi costs extra, laundry service is the most expensive we've seen, etc.

Unseriöse Aufpreise

Meine Frau hatte telefonisch einen aufpreispflichtigen Stellplatz am Wasser gebucht. Da der Campingplatz am Fluss liegt würden wohl 99% aller Personen davon ausgehen, daß hiermit auch der Fluß gemeint ist. In der Realität war es dann ein 1m breites stehendes Gewässer welches in einem Tümpel endet. Eine Reklamation bei der Rezeption ergab nur, daß man da leider nichts machen könnte. Der Platz selber war schön, aber man hat immer im Hinterkopf, daß man übers Ohr gehauen wurde. Der Platz hat zwar kurzfristig ein paar Euro mehr verdient, aber langfristig werden wir CP dieser Gruppe meiden, da wir diese Vorgehensweise unseriös finden.
