Es war eine schöne Kombi aus traumhafter Umgebung mit vielen historischen Stätten, Burgen, Flusslandschaften und Örtchen, und der kinderfreundlichen Anlage mit einer großen Portion Badespaß für die Kinder. So hatte die ganze Familie einen erlebnisreichen Urlaub. Der Stellplatz hatte durch die üppige Pflanzung viel Privatsphäre und die große Poollandschaft bot viel Spaß für die ganze Familie. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist der Bereich rund ums Restaurant. Essen und Service waren gut, aber das Ambiente zwischen Spielhalle, Pool und Animationsbühne mit Festival-Beschallungsanlage war einfach zu laut und wuselig, um ein schönes Familienessen genießen zu können.

Top organisierter Check-in, schönes Bungalow mit sehr schöner Terrasse. Auftretende Probleme werden sofort und unkompliziert gelöst. (Gasflasche musste gewechselt werden für Warmwasser). Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (zumindest in Hochsaison) stimmt für mich nicht. Eher wenig Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten auf dem Camping Areal. Weg zum Strand etwas weit für kleinere Kinder. Schöne Poolanlage mit Rutschen, es müssen eng anliegende Badehosen getragen werden (gilt auch für Kinder).

Todo perfecto, Pero la limpieza de los bungalows podria ser mejor.

El Complejo nos encantó, sin embargo encontramos los bungalows algo sucios... y en pleno verano deberian dejar los aires acondicionados encendidos antes de la llegada de los nuevos huespedes... , El aire acondicionado enfria bien todo el espacio. y en general la estancia fue muy positiva.

En general todo bien

Por lo que respecta a la gente, tanto trabajadores como animadores, muy contenta. Pero hay una gran falta de sombra. Al llegar, y pese que había llamado por teléfono para asegurarme de que la parcela tenía sombra, nos habían puesto en una parcela del final del camping donde toda la sombra que había eran dos morenas recién plantadas. Todo era tierra y parecía un desierto. Además de eso, esas parcelas estaban muy retiradas del centro del camping (piscina y animación) pese a eso, y nada más exponer mi problema en recepción, me reubicaron dándome varias opciones. La parcela seguía sin tener mucha sombra y el suelo tenía muchas piedras pero estaba más céntrico. Por lo que, en resumidas cuentas, muy bien a falta de sombra.

The campsite was well kept and lots of activities to do. Swimming pool and slides were great.

The campsite was well kept and lots of activities to do. Swimming pool and slides were great. The pitch we had with private facilities was a good size. The only complaints we would have is the pitch we were on the ground was uneven and van wheels sunk into the ground. The worst part of the campsite is the restaurant the food was awful and a great let down. If the restaurant food quality and choice was improved this would be a fabulous campsite.

Wir waren mit der Anlage sehr zufrieden und würden diese auch weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren mit der Anlage sehr zufrieden und würden diese auch weiter empfehlen. Allerdings war ich mit dem Service an der Rezeption sehr unzufrieden. Das Personal war freundlich aber nicht sehr gut geschult. An einem Tag meinte eine Dame, dass wenn wir Premium Urlauber wären, hätten wir mehr als 3 WLAN Accounts frei. Ich sagte Ihr wir sind in D11 und sie wusste nicht, dass dies zum Premium Bereich gehört. Am nächsten Tag kannte die andere Dame an der Rezption diese Regelung nicht. Und bei der Abfahrt sagte man uns, dass das Tor erst um 7 Uhr öffnet. Somit mussten wir das Auto außerhalb der Anlage paren und alle restlichen Gepäckstücken zum Ausgang tragen. Stellten dann aber leider fest, dass das Tor doch geöffnet war. Mehr als ärgerlich.
