The cabin was clean and well equipped. However, the grounds around the cabin looked NOTHING like the online images. Also, it was painful to have to lug our shopping and luggage from the carpark to the cabin on uneven, dirty paths. The constant rain (obviously not your fault!), really made these unfinished, muck paths very messy. Don't even start me on the issue of Wi-Fi. Giving me a refund isn't good enough. I booked my cabin in good faith, based on the fact it had Wi-Fi. You are still advertising this as being available - WHEN IT IS NOT! This is blatant false advertising. Also, why couldn't we use our own mobile data within the site - do you have some kind of blocker set up? It feels that way. We were depending on this not only for leisure, but for work reasons and to check in on elderly parents. Having to trek up and down the bar or reception was a joke! On another positive note, your staff are lovely and did their very best.

This is advertised as 5* and it looks as a 3* maximum. Small swimmingpools for 5*. but the money for 5*. Restaurant area small. English not so much spoken by the employes (just at the reception...). It is a long way to be a 5* camping. So, no, not satisfied. Staff should learn more english.

Tiny pool, seriously tiny pitch, felt like a sardine in a tin. Lots of people using small facilities. The opposite of relaxing. It is easy to get into Paris for day trips from here though, so there’s that. There were other, larger, pitches on site, but as that wasn’t our experience I can’t comment on those.

Site was disjointed and swimming pool areas were much too small for the amount of people. Lodge wasn’t ready until around 4.45 even though check in was from 4. Attitude of staff not good and no apology. Had been travelling all day so was not happy. Also paid £30 extra to be close to my brother’s pitch but they knew nothing about this when I asked. Total waste of money!

We left a week early. We had an ants nest on our pitch, which we reported 4 timed, but the work carried out to help wasn't sufficient. The ants were in the tent and were biting us. The pitch was very small and not at all private, with an access road either side. No communal water tap was available.

Die Qualität hat im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren deutlich gelitten und das bei gestiegenen Preisen. Unter Yelloh! war die Servicequalität deutlich besser. Standort, Anlage und Strand weiterhin top.

Not quite the luxury experience we were expecting. Nearly every activity came with additional extortionate costs.

Disappointing women's toilets. Never any toilet paper that could use and always smelt of urine. Someone had cut hand and got blood on shower door handle. Was there for entire 3 day stay.

very disappointed, to find the campsite has changed so much , we have been coming to DQ for 18 years as loved it, for being quite and able to lane swim, but now to busy, and pool dosnt open till 9vwitch is to late , we love the region and will rtn , but not sure if it will be to DQ or maybe try different time of year , i appreciate that july is peak time but thats just ridiculous, and ive worked in hospitality and waiting 1hr 5 min for drinks at bar is not acceptable.

Es waren einfach viele Kleinigkeiten die negativ ins Gewicht gefallen sind. Zu wenig schattenplätze am Pool. Jeden zweiten Tag kein warmes Wasser in den Sanitäranlagen. Sämtlich Straßen zu eng. Kinderanimation gab es nur in Landessprache.

Man hat das Gefühl als Camper nur ein lästiges Anhängsel zu sein. Die Stellplätze sind eine Buckelpiste mit Löchern bis zu 10 cm tiefe (sehr angenehm um einen Stuhl aufzustellen oder andere Campingmöbel). Der Bereich mit der Go Kart Bahn, Pump Track und Hühner hat dieses Jahr auch noch keine Pflege gesehen und wird als Abstellfläche für nicht mehr benötigtes Gerät benützt. Wenn Donnerstags Markt auf dem Platz ist wird die Zufahrt zu den Stellplätzen zugestellt, so das man weder rein noch rauskommt. Auf dem Parkplatz gibt es Müllcontainer wo immer reichlich Müll davor steht und von den ganzen Glasscherben wollen wir gar nicht erst reden. Außerdem muss man über kleine Schotter Haufen steigen um dahin zu kommen. Mülltrennung gibt es hier nicht. Das Restaurant das auf dem Platz ist und mit Pizzeria beworben wird hat ganze 3 Pizzen im Angebot. Laut Rezeption kann man da ohne Reservierung essen gehen, unsere Erfahrung war anders. Wir wollten dort Essen gehen, hatten natürlich nicht reserviert und durften vor Ort auch nicht essen obwohl noch nicht reservierte Tisch frei waren. Essen mit auf den Platz nehmen war jedoch möglich, aber keine Pizza, die war anscheinend ausverkauft. Wir haben Pommes, Burger und Chicken Nuggets gewählt. Die Pommes waren nicht durch und der Burger meiner Frau noch halb Roh. Ich kann den Platz zum Campen nicht empfehlen, in der Gegend gibt es reichlich Campinglätze, die bestimmt besser sind.

Very noisy, lack of control of kids, supposedly no noise after 11pm teenagers running round till 2-3am. Generally site is dated and extremely dusty with cars and staff golf carts driving way above the speed limit.

Grundsätzlich ein schöner und direkt am Meer gelegener Platz. Bei der Bewertung müssen wir aus unserer Erfahrung zwischen den einzelnen Punkten allerdings deutlich differenzieren. Nach der Ankunft wurden wir auf den Parkplatz gegenüber vom Platz verwiesen, da ein parken auf dem Platz erst nach Check In möglich ist. Während wir darauf gewartet haben, dass unser Mobile Home fertig wird, wurde unser Auto aufgebrochen und sämtliches Gepäck entwendet. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hatten nur noch das, was wir am Körper trugen. In so einer Situation hat das Management im Kundenservice komplett versagt. Keinerlei Empathie, keine Hilfe oder eine kleine Geste des guten Willens (wie z.B. ein Satz Handtücher) Die Handtücher mussten wir bezahlen… Hilfe bekamen wir von Patricia, die uns in allen Belangen unterstützt hat (Abschleppen, Werkstatt, Reparatur etc), dafür ein großes Dankeschön! Der Strand ist sehr schön, sauber und weitläufig. Der Pool ist in Ordnung, aber kein Highlight. Hier ist Luft nach oben. Z.B. sollte man das verbot des Ballspieles im Pool überdenken. Das Mobile Home war in Ordnung. Steckdosen in den einzelnen Zimmern und ein kleines Waschbecken im WC wären wünschenswert. Wer im Restaurant essen möchte, sollte vorher reservieren. Abends kann man dort leider auch nur Pizza essen. Es wäre schön, wenn man abends auch die Mittagsgerichte bestellen könnte. Als Fazit kann man sagen, dass der Platz in Ordnung mit Luft nach oben ist. Wir werden auf diesen Campingplatz nicht zurück kommen, was im wesentlichen mit dem extrem schlechten Verhalten und nicht vorhandenen Service des Managements zu tun hat.
