The cabin was clean and well equipped. However, the grounds around the cabin looked NOTHING like the online images. Also, it was painful to have to lug our shopping and luggage from the carpark to the cabin on uneven, dirty paths. The constant rain (obviously not your fault!), really made these unfinished, muck paths very messy. Don't even start me on the issue of Wi-Fi. Giving me a refund isn't good enough. I booked my cabin in good faith, based on the fact it had Wi-Fi. You are still advertising this as being available - WHEN IT IS NOT! This is blatant false advertising. Also, why couldn't we use our own mobile data within the site - do you have some kind of blocker set up? It feels that way. We were depending on this not only for leisure, but for work reasons and to check in on elderly parents. Having to trek up and down the bar or reception was a joke! On another positive note, your staff are lovely and did their very best.
