we had a very bad experience with a smell coming up the drains from both showers in our mobile home.

we had a very bad experience with a smell coming up the drains from both showers in our mobile home. We reported it to staff via email but they did nothing expect spray air freshener. We should have been offer alternative accommodation. The smell was toxic and was disturbing our sleep as we were worried we would get toxic poisonings from the sewerage smell.

Lovely spacious, wee-planned site.

Very helpful staff. Lovely large pitches. Toilet facilities modern and clean. Swimming pools not always as warm as they should have been but lovely when they were.
