Große Enttäuschung: der beworbene Pool ist nicht wie versprochen geöffnet

Die Enttäuschung war riesig, als wir feststellen mussten, dass der überall beworbene beheizte Außenpool nicht geöffnet war, denn wir hatten den Campingplatz explizit wegen der Pool-Landschaft gebucht. Auch der Zen-Pool war geschlossen. Lediglich der kleine Indoor-Pool war geöffnet. Darüber hinaus glich der Campingplatz bei unserem Aufenthalt einer großen Baustelle mit viel Matsch, Baggern und großen LKWs und dem dementsprechenden Arbeitslärm (und das am Osterwochenende). Das einzig Positive, was wir über den Aufenthalt schreiben können: Das Personal vor Ort war wirklich nett und sehr bemüht.

Merci à Gabin et Hugo pour leur dynamisme et humour (équipe bar), merci à la chef « Lulu » pour son Burger du chef délicieux et ses frites faites « maison » (équipe resto), Merci à Stéphane (équipe direction) pour sa bienveillance envers son staff et envers les vacanciers et merci à l’équipe ménage/services techniques. Je reviens prochainement avec grand plaisir dans votre camping.

L'accueil et les animateurs étaient au top. Le camping est très bien situé. Par contre, pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. La piscine chauffée est minuscule, l'eau des toboggans et des jeux enfants est gelée, les bungalow sont sympa mais où est la télé ??? Quand je prends ma douche et que je suis au toilettes, j'en fais profiter tout le monde, il serait agréable de mettre des brises vus ou des plantes pour cacher... j'étais seule avec un enfant de 6 ans et je n'ai vu aucun agent de sécurité le soir... camping 3 étoiles et non 5
