Too many issues with the cottage for the reception team to sort out. Staff though did sort it well and with great care. Poor welcome pack. No help to ensure you knew how things operated in the cottage. Uncomfortable accommodation though very clean and modern but style over substance. Site looked worst for wear. Such a shame because it’s a lovely location right adjacent to the beach. Swimming pool area big disappointment.

Very very poor we expected so much more from a sandaya campsite won't be coming back .their was a damp smell in the cabin the outside furniture was cover in black mould our bed linen wasn't their the microwave didn't work as for the site so many things didn't work .we arrived on Sunday no food in the restaurant or take away until Tuesday the card payment for the laundry didn't work but the worst of all we went to the indoor pool the kids only lasted 10 mins it was like an ice bath freezing their finger tips and lips were going blue after 10 mins and they were shivering the sea would have been warmer we had to leave. in general a very poorly managed and run site we have stayed in 6 other sandaya sites over the years and this one was just run down grotty and very poorly managed advice stay away and don't wast your money on this site

The next camping was doing music every evening till midnight just behind our camping car location. Not for camping cars or tents. The pool has no shadow, only full sun. Otherwise is clean and they are friendly. The bar restaurant is a mess

The communal toilets and showers were terrible, in a poor state of repair with many of them not flus

The communal toilets and showers were terrible, in a poor state of repair with many of them not flushing properly. Also the fact they were joint male/female facilities was very disappointing. There wasn't very much to do and choice of food during the day was very poor, only crepes or fries. We will not be visiting this site again
