We had booked for 3 nights but left after 2, and would have left sooner if we were able. We booked a pitch that stated a view of the Seine, but the pitch was too small and unkempt. The view of the river was obscured by bushes and weeds. The site felt cramped and untidy. Saying that, the restaurant was lovely and we had a very nice meal. It could be a lovey site if more care was taken with the pitches. Too many, too close together.

Mala experiencia

Deberian terminar de construir y no vender las parcelas en las que nos alojaron, puesto que sigo sin comprender porque se consideraban de 4 conchas. El personal de limpieza firmaba los partes, pero no entraba a limpiar en alguna ocasión. Sin jaboneras en las aseos comunes. No se respeta el horario de descanso. El personal de recepción debería estar atento para reservar las pistas deportivas, y desde luego buscar un método alternativo de reserva. Es el primer camping en el que se puede reservar pista para toda la semana, sin poder dar opciones al resto de usuarios. Por otro lado los cortes constantes de agua, aunque dependan del ayuntamiento se podrían avisar. Las tumbonas de la piscina estaban constantemente con toallas, como reservadas, sin que estuviera allí el usuario, por lo que en ningún momento las pudimos usar, los socorristas deberían tomar medidas al respecto. En general, me precio un precio desorbitado para la experiencia percibida. Llevo más de 10 años acudiendo de vacaciones a este camping, pero como la nueva gestión por parte de Sandaya no cambie mucho, esta habrá sido mi última estancia.

TV not working,bathroom door lock brocken, dishwasher not working, no hot water,no hair dryer. Over 5 hours to check in and move into accommodation. Workmen drilling and using nail guns to build accommodation while we try to relax. Premium accommodation, premium price but substandard experience!

Wir sind bereits nach einer Nacht abgereist obwohl wir 4 Nächte reserviert hatten. Poolbereich ungepflegt, deutlich anders als auf den Fotos im Internet. Private Sanitärhäuschen sehr einfach, Vordach wäre wünschenswert. Gemeinschaftssanitär teilweise kaputt. Erster uns zugewiesener Stellplatz gekennzeichnet durch knietiefen Schlamm, nur mit 4x4 Fahrzeug befahrbar. Auszubildende am Empfang deutlich überfordert.

Die Urlaub auf dem Platz wurde bereits am 3. Tag abgebrochen! Ich habe meinen Unmut bereits mit einer Beschwerde kund getan, eine Beschwerde, die ihrerseits jedoch nicht bearbeitet wurde. Es fing damit an, dass überall Hundekot herumlag, sogar auf unserem Stellplatz. An eine Entsorgung durch die Hundeeigner war nicht zu denken, stattdessen wurde z.B. ein Hund (Klasse 2!) unbeaufsichtigt über Tag auf einem Stellplatz gehalten. Die Sanitäreinrichtungen waren nicht nur überaltert, sondern auch defekt (lose Toilettenbrille, fehlende Abschlusshebel ...). Die Entsorgungsstation für chemische Toiletten war lediglich ein Provisorium, Handling nur mit Umständen. Alle die hier gemachten Aussagen kann ich mit Fotos belegen (bereits in der Beschwerde gelaufen). Woher bei diesem Campingplatz 4 Sterne herkommen sollen, ist mehr als fraglich. Die gewohnte Sandaya-Qualität fehlt hier total!

Nos querían cobrar los doscientos y pico euros hasta que les tuve que recordar que la vajilla no estaba fregada porque no habia agua. Finalmente, la llamada que recibimos para explicarnos que nos iban a efectuar el cobro fue muy desagradable, tratándonos de una manera.muy despectiva. Y con una empatía cero

No mintieron, teníamos pension completa para mi hija y nunca lo reconocieron, se pasaban la pelota entre recepcion y restaurante, nunca en las 3 noches pudimos gozar el beneficio. La ultima noche me dijeron que enviaban al encargado a hablar a la Cottage, todavía lo sigo esperando... Por cierto, nos dieron la peor Cottage del complejo, las unicas que tiene de vista un murallon de cemento viejo...nisiquiera pintado.

Las instalaciones muy bien, mi experiencia y el servicio pésimo, me metieron en un bungalow que no era el que había solicitado, aún así rogué me cambiaran a otro aunque tuviera que pagar la diferencia, me dijeron que no, que de ser así pagara dos reservas. Mi triste y deprimente bungalow ( los de la entrada ) estaba sucio y con una plaga de hormigas voladoras en el baño, le pedí a la encargada porfavor fuera a verlo y me dijo que no, que ahora irían con un poco de spray... me tuvieron 1 hora y media esperando desesperada sin que nadie me ayudara o diera solución, hasta que finalmente accedieron a cambiarme al de al lado, pero no a otra zona. He de decir que tampoco comprobaron con el dni como hicieron con el resto mi registro. Eramos un grupo de 15 padres y fuí la única que sufrió esta situación sin que la responsable en ese momento accediera o me diera ningún tipo de ayuda o solución

Der Platz hat eine Mückenplage

Platz ist okay, sieht aber auf der Website deutlich ansprechender aus. Haben ohne vorherige Buchung eingecheckt. Mussten direkt den Betrag für den ganzen Aufenthalt entrichten. Beim befahren des Platzes bemerkten wir eine massive Mückenplage. Sind wieder abreist - Geld (knapp 300) wurde nicht zurückgezahlt. Auch auf mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht, wurden lediglich auf die AGB?s hingewiesen?. Hätte ich bei solch einer großen Kette nicht erwartet. Uns wurde nichts angeboten zur gütlichen Einigung.
