Camping Sandaya La Dragonnière

After 5 years we are finally done with Sandaya

Because dogs are not allowed anymore in Premium Bungalows (there was no announcement per mail etc.), we have been downgraded to 4 stars shortly before our arrive. That was not what we have booked. Everything at Sandaya seems to be very stary and not flexible at all. There was no sorry ever at all. They give you rather the feeling that we have to thank them, that they could manage another option for us. Only 1 bathroom and no Plancha was a downgrade we wouldn't have booked this way. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. It was our 5th stay in Sandaya but that doesn't count at all as it looks. Wife and daughter had both birthday during our stay. A little appreciation from the Club would be something nice. There is really a lot of room for improvement in terms of customer service.

Eines der zwei Außenbecken war während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes gesperrt, die Rutschen waren immer wieder zeitweise außer Betrieb. Die Reifenrutsche führte bei ordnungsgemäßem Gebrauch zum Umkippen mit erheblichen Verletzungen (wir haben 3 Unfälle miterlebt). Mobilheim LAOS war außerordentlich komfortabel, sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Experiencia increible para adultos y niños, viajamos con tres niños de 1-7-8 años, instalaciones limpias y agradables. Mucha tranquilidad y muchas actividades para hacer. Recomiendo 100% Lo único que podría decir negativo es la cobertura y por tanto creo q sería recomendable tener wifi gratis en los tiempos que estamos que hasta en la calle es gratis. Por lo demas todo,todo,todo perfecto.
