The camp was good but the toilets and showers were not cleaned properly We watched the cleaner and no cleaning products were used whatsoever he just used a hose pipe and soaked everywhere. I asked for the soap dispensers to be refilled as they were all empty and this was ignored My wife is disabled and was unable to use the disabled toilet at night because the light didn’t work We reported this information to reception and left the park two days early to go to a different park which we’ve been to before which is a Sandaya park but the cleanliness was much better.Very disappointing as the rest of the park and surrounding area was good

Accommodation was beautiful and well maintained. Campsite was lovely but evident that it has been overly expanded hence crowded to capacity.

Accommodation was tired looking and in need of a refit. No kettle is just weird. I have been on campsites in France for the last 20 years and yours is the first to not supply a kettle in your “home from home, fully equipped kitchen” After boiling water for tea and coffee in a saucepan we eventually bought a kettle. No dessert spoons, only teaspoons and serving spoons. Three cereal bowls in accommodation thats meant to sleep 6. Outside decking hasn’t seen any wood treatment for a long time. There is a plumbing and drainage issue on-site too ie use the shower and loo bubbles up!

Site was lovely, very clean, lots of entertainment. One thing that I did not like was the noise at night. I think there should be a rule that there should be no noise after 10pm. My children found it hard to sleep with all the noise with kids/teenagers running around shouting and screaming on the road.

Leider war der direkte Strandzugang der im Prospekt ausgeschrieben war nicht für unseren Hund.Dies war bei der Buchung nicht zu erkennen da wir diesen Platz dann nicht gemietet hätten ,so mussten wir ca.4 km RD und schwere Dünenwege in Kauf nehmen. Da man Tiere auch nicht alleine in der Mietunterkunft lassen darf ,war auch viel zu Heiss konnten wir teilweise nur getrennt zum Strand oder garnicht.

Good facilities, but to much noise late in the evening. Sanitary buildings hot water was out of service for our whole stay.

A lovely stay but in comparison with other Sandaya sites, not the same high standards overall. Children's pool is great for toddlers and babies but lacking for 4-12 year old and teens. Children's entertainment was poorly organised often starting late and seemingly disorganised. We were glad to see new staff arriving near the end of our stay as they brought an improvement in this area. So many Sandaya sites do the entertainment to such a high level. Our only other slight issue was that quite a few lodges played music from portable music devices.....other Sandaya sites did not permit this and guests would have been told this was unacceptable.

The swimming pool water was dirty, there were no toilets or showers at the pool. We sent emails about the pool but it was never properly cleaned.
