Toller Camping in tollem Ambiente und Klasse Team vor Ort

Wir kennen Cypsela ja schon seit 30 Jahren (mit längerer Auszeit;) ) und wir waren stets sehr zufrieden. Ein toller Campingplatz in tollem Ambiente ,da passt einfach "fast" alles. Ob Reception,Service oder Animation, sehr freundlich und stets Hilfsbereit wenn mal Fragen aufkommen. Alles in allem ein tolles Team vor Ort ! Jetzt zu meinem "fast" 😉 Einige der Duschen haben mich tatsächlich nach 30 Jahren wiedererkannt 😂 Da sollte mann wirklich mal nachbessern 😉 Trotzdem tat das dem Ganzen keinen Abbruch,wir hatten wieder eine schöne Zeit auf Cypsela. Danke an das ganze Team !

Wir waren mit der Anlage sehr zufrieden und würden diese auch weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren mit der Anlage sehr zufrieden und würden diese auch weiter empfehlen. Allerdings war ich mit dem Service an der Rezeption sehr unzufrieden. Das Personal war freundlich aber nicht sehr gut geschult. An einem Tag meinte eine Dame, dass wenn wir Premium Urlauber wären, hätten wir mehr als 3 WLAN Accounts frei. Ich sagte Ihr wir sind in D11 und sie wusste nicht, dass dies zum Premium Bereich gehört. Am nächsten Tag kannte die andere Dame an der Rezption diese Regelung nicht. Und bei der Abfahrt sagte man uns, dass das Tor erst um 7 Uhr öffnet. Somit mussten wir das Auto außerhalb der Anlage paren und alle restlichen Gepäckstücken zum Ausgang tragen. Stellten dann aber leider fest, dass das Tor doch geöffnet war. Mehr als ärgerlich.

Los horarios de los restaurantes muy cortos, fuimos a comer a las13:00 horas cuando cerraban a la 13:30 y no nos dieron de comer. Se echa en falta parques infantiles con columpios. En una tienda de dulces y helados avisé al empleado que había hormigas en los regalices y le dio igual, ni se molestó en quitarlas. La calidad de la comida en los servicios de restauración es deficiente y muy caro.

A very pleasant stay

We stayed in a clean, well-equipped mobil-home. The beach was at a 5 min walk and so was the grocery, where we found all we needed during our stay.
