We got a cabin that hadn‘t been properly cleaned before arrival. Mold or dirt could be seen on the wall next to the headrest of our kids beds. Toilet was leaking and the tank made continuously noise. The toilet was repaired the second day of complaining. Our cabin got cleaned the third day what was already half way of our stay. Reception took our complaints correctly but measures came unfortunately too late, after we filed an official complaint.

Great accommodation, water park was fun and you then also had a great lake. Site was clean tidy and safe and the staff were really friendly and helpful

Han sido unas magníficas vacaciones en el camping. Es una camping totalmente recomendable para ir en familia y sobre todo para los peques. El personal muy agradable y entregado en su trabajo. El único inconveniente la limpieza del bungalow que tenía muchas telas de araña. Repetiremos seguro!!!

Beautifully kept site. Very friendly and helpful staff. Looks amazing when you first arrive and you will not be disappointed. Pool area always clean and well maintained. Plenty of lifeguards. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Fantastic lakeside pitch with nice views and privacy of neighbours. The weather was not great so we could not use the aquatic facilities as much as we have done on previous visits. Overall, so much to do for children and a good onsite shop. An incredible campsite if the sun is out. Suggest speed bumps on the lakeside road as cars travelling fast will cause an accident at some point, very dangerous with toddlers and children around.

Haben unsere Mindestaufenthaltsdauer, die wir vorab gebucht hatten, eingehalten und danach nochmals 2x verlängert. Haben dann aber einen Anruf erhalten, sodass wir doch einen Tag früher (von den verlängerten) abreisen mussten. Man sagte uns, dass wir das Geld für den 1 Tag nicht zurückerhalten würden. Es war auch kein Ansprechpartner mehr an der Rezeption, der Deutsch sprechen konnte. So etwas unflexibles haben wir in den 25 Jahren, die wir mit dem Wohnmobil unterwegs sind, noch nicht erlebt.
