No había cajas de cortesía de limpieza, lógicamente contaba con ellas porque nunca nos han faltado. Lo soluvionaron, pero parece que comocierran la proxima semana están bajo mínimos

Nice but not 5-6 stars!

Nice and clean campsite, friendly energetic animationteam, but service and information not all on point regarding preparation of the mobile home and check-in. Also selection in the supermarket was too poor and was not replenished due to low season timing (which we were not informed about). The restaurant also closed the week before the campsite closed, which we were not informed about. We therefore had to rent a car to be able to go out and shop and eat etc

Mobil-home près les uns des autres, à l'accueil certaines personnes ne sont pas très sympathique, à la limite de la politesse Nous avons pu faire une réservation au restaurant mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés pour manger, nous avons appris qu'il était fermé depuis quelques jours !!! L'hôtesse d'accueil nous a indiqué que le parking extérieur était gardé alors qu'il n'en est rien. Notre mobil-home se situait sous un saule pleureur et à notre arrivée, le mobilier extérieur était très très collant, aucun nettoyage visible depuis plusieurs jours.

Leider gab es in der Reisezeit vom 02.09.2023 bis 16.09.2023 bereits diverse Einschränkungen: Geschlossenes Restaurant, eingeschränkte Getränke- und Essensauswahl. Wir haben des Weiteren nicht berücksichtigt, dass der Kinder-Pool in den ersten zwei Septemberwochen bereits ab 17.30 / 17.45 Uhr nicht mehr in der Sonne liegt und auch am Zen-Pool war eine Viertel Stunde später die Sonne verschwunden. Eine Buchung knapp vor Saisonende (hier am 24.09.2023) werden wir bei Sandaya nicht mehr vornehmen. Und auf diesem Campingplatz werden wir nicht mehr im September buchen. Der Campingplatz an sich liegt wunderbar.

Camping Sandaya Escale Saint-Gilles Bénodet

Leider nach meinen Erfahrungen nicht zu empfehlen

Leider hat der Quick Check-In nicht funktioniert, die Unterkunft war in Teilen sehr schmutzig, so dass sie vor Bezug noch gereinigt und das Besteck ausgetauscht werden musste. Anstatt insgesamt 3h warten zu müssen und mit dem Personal zu diskutieren, hätte man auch einfach eine andere Unterkunft bereitstellen können. Dazu war das Management allerdings nicht bereit. Leider lag die Unterkunft auch sehr ungünstig, so dass morgens sowie ab dem späten Nachmittag pro Stunde etwa 40 Leute vorbeiliefen, die die Terrasse und den Wohnbereich voll einsehen konnten. Auch für einen Campingplatz ist das sicher nicht ruhig, ungestört oder privat. Zu guter Letzt war die Auswahl an frischen Lebensmitteln im Shop sehr schlecht - das habe ich so noch nirgends in dieser Kategorie erlebt.

Super Wasserlandschaft, Laden auf dem Gelände, Kinder- und Hundefreundlich, dafür aber teuer und voller Stechmücken

Die tolle Wasserlandschaft mit warmem Kinderbecken fanden wir super, auch den Laden auf dem Gelände mit frischen Backwaren haben wir fast täglich besucht. Wir hatten einen sehr großen Stellplatz aber ich hätte lieber einen kleineren für weniger Geld genommen, denn 42?/Nacht für eine Person + Baby und Hund (der kostet satte 35? ? fragt man sich für was?!) finde ich schon sehr viel Geld, vor allem eine Wochen vor der Schließung. Mit Baby braucht man auch keine Animation jeden Abend ab 21 Uhr. Am meisten haben mich aber die Mücken gestört. Wir waren beide völlig zerstochen. Auch im Sanitärblock war alles voller Mücken. Draußen vor dem Bus essen war unmöglich, beim Abwasch oder Duschen kamen für uns zig Stiche hinzu. Schade, dass auf dem Campingplatz nichts dagegen unternommen wurde. Wir würde daher nicht wiederkommen.
