En esta ocasión nuestra experiencia no ha sido buena. Somos clientes de Col Vert desde hace muchos años, y la gestión y amabilidad de las personas en recepción no han estado a la altura en esta ocasión. Por algún tipo de error, cambiaron nuestra ubicación, alejándonos del resto de nuestros amigos (familias con niños, nos conocen y siempre nos ponen juntos, nos da igual el lugar exacto). Es decir nos trasladaron para ofrecer nuestro bungalow junto a nuestros amigos a otras personas por algún motivo que no era nuestra culpa. En lugar de darnos alternativas y buscar una solución, sencillamente no se esforzaron y no nos trataron bien, las explicaciones fueron muy pobres, también el trato. No nos quejamos por los cortes de electricidad en días de frío, pero sí por habernos alejado del resto de las 3 familias y cómo nos trataron, esto ha condicionado nuestra estancia en el camping, y la de nuestros hijos pequeños.
