Alles super, außer die Toiletten an den Pools sollten dringend erneuert werden und die Key West Homes (die älteren) sollten in die 3 Sterne Kategorie rutschen. Toilette sehr klein, innliegend im Home ohne Fenster und einige Details in unserem Home reparaturbedürftig ( Dunstabzugshaube, Fenster ließ sich im Schlafzimmer nicht öffnen, keine Schnaken Netze am Fenster...)

La experiencia ha sido globalmente positiva. Sin embargo, a pesar de que había contratado toallas y sábanas, al llegar al alojamiento no había nada. Como llegué a las 20.00 horas, la recepción estaba cerrada y nadie respondió nunca a mis llamadas al teléfono de atención al cliente. Me sorprendió que no hubiera más alternativa que pasar la noche sin sábanas ni toallas. Tampoco había ni siquiera un rollo de papel higiénico en el alojamiento. Al día siguiente a mi llegada, fui a la recepción y me dieron tanto la ropa de cama como las toallas. El comienzo fue malo pero el resto de la estancia fue satisfactoria. Repetiré en otra ocasión reservando un alojamiento de cuatro conchas o superior, con la esperanza de encontrar al llegar ropa de cama, toallas y papel higiénico.
