Big business intensity and greed ?

Our premium cabin was a little “tired” with little space between the other cabins, it was a good thing that the camp site was empty.This in itself only means a couple of points down. The lower score is due to the extremely incentive treatment by head office when we tried to change our date of arrival due to family health issues. In the end, we kept our original booking and arrived 2 days late. This was our second stay with Sandaya but it will be the last.

Die sanitären Anlagen sind eine Katastrophe. Sie werden zu selten gereinigt. Die Stellplätze für Wohnmobile sind viel zu eng. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr schön. Insgesamt hätte ich auf einem 5 Sternecampingplatz mehr Platz und eine bessere Reinlichkeit für den Preis erwartet.

Unser Stellplatz für den Wohnwagen war sehr uneben und durch den Regen hatte sich in der Mitte eine große Matschpfütze gebildet. Ansonsten ist die Lage direkt am Seineufer toll, mit dem RER ist man relativ schnell im Stadtzentrum. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Die Preise in der Bar fanden wir übertrieben (9 Euro für einen Milchshake!). Brötchenservice auf Vorbestellung gut. Klos und Duschen könnten bei Vollbelegung in der Hauptsaison sehr knapp werden.

Leider war der uns zugewiesene Stellplatz (481) eine Zumutung: Wie man diesen mit einem Wohnmobil befahren soll - vor allem ohne über andere Stellplätze zu fahren - erschließt sich uns nicht. Desweiteren hat man es nicht für notwendig befunden, uns vorab darüber zu informieren, dass in diesem Bereich kein Sanitärgebäude - aufgrund der Renovierung - zur Verfügung stand. Die nette Mitarbeiterin hatte dafür vollstes Verständnis und gemeinsam gingen wir auf die Suche für unsere 10 Tage.
