Big business intensity and greed ?
Our premium cabin was a little “tired” with little space between the other cabins, it was a good thing that the camp site was empty.This in itself only means a couple of points down. The lower score is due to the extremely incentive treatment by head office when we tried to change our date of arrival due to family health issues. In the end, we kept our original booking and arrived 2 days late. This was our second stay with Sandaya but it will be the last.
